Music Licensing Fees All live or recorded entertainment is subject to a SOCAN charge (Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada) which will be applied to your invoice. This fee is determined by function type, size of group and may change depending on whether or not there is a dance floor. 3

You ll head to Whitehorn Lodge to enjoy an après ski party complete with live music, appetizers and choice of beer or wine. Once the party gets going you will take a brief break to be escorted down a freshly groomed run to a full buffet dinner complete with more live entertainment & dancing at the Sitzmark. Note: You must ski or snowboard to participate in the après at the mid -mountain lodge. We do offer a dinner and dance only option in the Sitzmark Lounge, where you can watch the rest of the group parade down the slopes at dusk. 12 FUNCTION POLICIES PRODUCT PRICING All food & beverage prices represented within the content of this catering package are subject to a 15% gratuity and all applicable taxes. All prices are subject to change without notice. FOOD ALLERGIES Should any of your guests have any food allergies, it is imperative that you inform us of the name of each person and the nature of their food allergy. In turn, we will take all necessary precautions during the preparation of their meal. ALBERTA LIQUOR LAW In order to legally drink in the province of Alberta, a guest must be 18 years of age or older. Government regulations stipulate that anyone appearing under the age of 25 must carry government issued identification. Failure to do so may result in denial of liquor service. As a licensed facility, the Lake Louise Ski Area is legally responsible to be the sole provider of all alcoholic beverages. An exception may be made in regard to wine service where a corkage fee of $20.00 per bottle will be applied. WEDDING BOOKING DEPOSITS A $ non-refundable deposit will be required to secure all wedding bookings. This may be paid via cash, cheque or credit card. The deposit shall applied to the final payment of the wedding. In the event of unforeseen or situational circumstances, it will be up to the discretion of the Food & Beverage manager to determine whether or not a deposit may be refundable. CANCELLATION POLICY Due to our mountainous location and distance from our suppliers, it is necessary to require a 72 hour cancellation policy on the food & beverage portion of all group bookings. Any group completely cancelling within the 72 hour time period will be charged 50% of the estimated food service for their visit. Final numbers for your group dining arrangements must be confirmed 96 hours prior to your group s arrival. Dining arrangements cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged 50% of the estimated food service. Dining arrangements cancelled within 24 hours of arrival will be charged 100% of the estimated food service. Billing for the group will be based on the guaranteed number or actual number, whichever is greater.
