3 ABOUT US OPENED in June 2015, Pig N Whistle King George Square is the ultimate alfresco dining experience. With refined yet casual options, eclectic global flavours and dishes created by our culinary team that aim to exceed expectations of traditional pub cuisine. Inspired by the British theme of the five other Pig N Whistle venues situated around Brisbane (Indooroopilly, Queen Street, Riverside, Brunswick Street and West End), Pig N Whistle King George Square brings an exciting offering to one of the best destinations Brisbane s thriving CBD has to offer. The aim is to provide a unique venue, great food, boutique wine, interesting entertainment and service that is innovative, uncomplicated, unrivalled and of the very best quality. As well as our dining offer, we are dedicated to showcasing Australian craft beers on tap.

4 FOOD PHILOSOPHY WE ARE extremely proud of the quality of food our kitchen produces; spending substantial time with our producers and suppliers to ensure they provide us with the freshest premium ingredients. To ensure this level of quality is maintained, it is our philosophy to source the best we can direct from the farm or producer. Our Executive Chef continually visits our producers, suppliers and travels to fruit and vegetable markets every week to source produce that we cannot buy directly. Additionally, we have two of our very own farms; a herd of Wagyu cows in the hills of Bilambil Heights NSW, providing us with some great wagyu beef and another at Pullenvale (Brisbane s western suburbs) and supplies us with organic herbs, curry leaves, kaffir limes, oranges and galangal to list a few. For other beef supplies, pig n whistle has partnered with some of Australia s most trusted breeders and brands. From grass fed beef to 150 day grain fed beef and sourcing breeds like Hereford and Angus we ensure the beef we source is of the highest quality. Our whole pigs are English large black breeds and are sourced from Mary Valley Free Range located about an hour inland from Noosa. Other products come from boutique suppliers who have worked with us for many years to deliver the special quality that our ever changing menus demand. Our Executive Chef has over a decade of experience catering functions from 20 people to 3000 people. Combined with the team at Pig N Whistle King George Square the following menus have been designed to suit our private function spaces.

5 PRIVATE FUNCTION SPACES THE RESTAURANT SEATED MINIMUM SPEND: $1500 Explore our restaurant offering that is the epitome of stylish inner-city dining. With a vertical garden just outside the window as a backdrop, this bright, freeflowing space can be transformed to suit the needs of your guests at your function. This convenient area goes hand in hand with attentive service, so your guests will always be comfortable during your event. AL FRESCO DINING SEATED STANDING MINIMUM SPEND: SAT-THU $2500, FRI $5000 The ultimate Al Fresco Dining experience awaits you here at Pig N Whistle King George Square. A vibrant space for birthday dinners, business lunches or a more formal Christmas function. With an eclectic range of menus available and different course options, we have fine quality dishes and uncomplicated full table service for a memorable dining experience. BEER GARDEN STANDING MINIMUM SPEND: SAT-THU $2500, FRI $5000 The Beer Garden boasts the ideal atmosphere for a late afternoon event as the sun sets over Brisbane and King George Square. The Beer Garden features an impressive fairy lit façade that creates a warm ambience for your guests to mingle and celebrate the occasion, whether it be a birthday, engagement party, corporate event, Christmas party and more. MANTLE AND MOON SEATED STANDING MINIMUM SPEND: $2500 A buzzing eatery and café by day, and a vibrant, spacious function area by night. Host your function at the Mantle and Moon café for a spectacular vantage point at the steps of two Brisbane City icons - King George Square and City Hall. Available for any corporate event, charity or activation, where a large open space is needed to accommodate a large function.

12 DRINK PACKAGES ON CONSUMPTION BAR TABS Function specials are available on selected products for bar tabs of $500 or more. All other products available at regular prices. We will supply arm bands for your group to denote your bar tab and specified products available to your guests. The dollar amount of your tab is at your discretion and can be checked at any time. You nominate a fixed bar tab amount or time limit for beverages to be available to your guests. Beyond this, your guests pay for their own beverages. All products excluding tap beer are available in the Upper Deck and Mantle and Moon. 14 TERMS & CONDITIONS To confirm your function booking please read through the following terms and conditions and complete by signing below. BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT Function areas are subject to availability so be sure to book your event in advance to ensure that your desired function area and date are available. A tentative booking will (on request) be held for a maximum period of seven (7) days. To confirm your function, a deposit is required (20% of the minimum food and beverage spend) as well as a signed booking form and a credit card authorisation form. Once both the deposit and confirmation form have been received your booking will be confirmed. FINAL DETAILS AND GUEST NUMBERS So we can effectively organise your event, our functions team will require the confirmed final details, menu, beverage selection and a update of numbers in writing one week prior to the event. Tentative numbers are also required ten days prior. Final numbers and any outstanding details required for your function coordinator are required five days prior to your event. CANCELLATIONS We appreciate that circumstances may occur, which could make it necessary for a function to be cancelled. In all instances written notice is required and the following deposit conditions will apply: - 30 days or more full deposit refunded - 14 days 30 days 50% of deposit refunded - 4 days 14 days deposit kept by venue - Less than 4 days client will incur full minimum food and beverage spend charge ROOM ASSIGNMENT Pig N Whistle reserves the right to change the assigned room for a function in the event that the room assigned becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside of the Pig N Whistle s control. Pig N Whistle cannot be held accountable for changes in weather. We will do our utmost to accommodate your function, however should space not present itself, please be aware that a private area may not be available. DRESS STANDARDS Dress standards do apply. Please contact Pig N Whistle with any enquiries. IDENTIFICATION REGULATIONS Current Government regulations apply for all functions. The regulation states that a current Australian State or Territory issued Drivers License (with a photograph), 18 Plus Card or current Australian or International Passport are the only valid forms of identification accepted to enter the licensed premises and purchase liquor or tobacco. RESPONSIBLE ADULTS AND MINORS Those unable to present identification or those under the age of 18 years are welcome to attend a function under the following strict regulations. Minors must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a parent or guardian. A responsible adult accountable for supervising a minor is defined by Liquor Act 1992 as a parent, step-parent, guardian or other adult who has parental responsibility for the minor whilst they are on licensed premises. Minors or those without I.D MUST NOT consume any form of alcoholic beverages or tobacco OR APPROACH THE BAR. Minors or those without I.D are not permitted outside of the function area. LOSS OR DAMAGE OF GOODS Pig N Whistle will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal property or company belongings, goods left or stored on the premises prior to, during or after the function. SURCHARGES A surcharge may apply for Public Holidays, Sundays or for functions after 12 midnight. Any surcharge will be advised prior to the event commencing. FINAL PAYMENT Once your final numbers have been received, a tax invoice will be issued with your expected outstanding payment. This amount is required three days prior to your event. Any additional charges incurred between this time and throughout the duration of your event will be charged on conclusion of the event. All payments will be authorised with the client prior to being processed. Payment options include: credit card, cash or direct debit. No cheques will be accepted. PATRON CARE Our obligations under the liquor act state that we are not permitted to serve or continue service of alcohol to patrons, who in our opinion are intoxicated. Management reserves the right to exercise regulatory conditions at any time during a function if it is believed that the alcohol consumption rate is excessive.
