The intending bidders shall submit their quotes in a sealed cover with name of the firm & title of quotation (ie. Quotation for Kitchen Provisions/Grocery) super scribed on the envelope addressing to The Deputy Director, Tata Institute Of Socical Sciences, Tuljapur Campus, Apsinga Road, Tuljapur * THE QUOTATION PERIOD IS FROM 1st June 2017 TO 30 November Quotation Submission Period is from 13 th May 2017 to 22 nd May We shall expect the following conditions: 1. Rate quotes for each food items should be as per annexure. Please provide medium quality products where no specification mentioned. You can also add few similar items with different brands or quality in the quotation as per your supply. 2. Rate should be per unit for each item even if the packing amount is less than or more than one Kg. For pre packed items, mention the rates and packaging size. 3. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of all taxes (Sale tax, VAT or any other tax). The Institute will not entertain any claim whatsoever with regard to tax. The standard consumption in Kgs/ Packs mentioned in the list is for Dining Halls. 4. Packaging quantity during transport should be as per the Annexure. 5. Packaging and labeling on each item must be intact even during food handling and storage. 6. Clarify the reliable brands (2-3 brands) if one brand is not available on order. 7. In case of unavailability of any food item as specified in annexure, other brand or quality can be supplied only after approval from Authorized person at Dining Hall. 8. Quality of the material will be checked and approved by the designated authorities of institute. 9. Samples of food material along with sealed quotations will be appreciated. 10. Food quality must confirm to AGMARK, FPO, PFA and any other National Food Quality Standards.

2 11. Institute reserves right to make contract note for all items or part of the items mentioned in list. 12. If supply of the provision is not as per required specifications, the Institute will deduct 10% of the total bill amount of supplied item and replacement of the same should be at your cost. The Institute reserves the right to reject inferior quality of work and will not pay for the same. The Institute s decision in this regard will be final. 13. Contractor shall obtain necessary gate pass from the Security Officer at Security office of Main Campus, TISS. 14. Kindly mention the M.R.P and discount percentage rates in the bill as quoted on the packet items. 15. Fixed Period of contract will be 06 Month. 16. Material needs to be supplied at respective dining halls within 4 days from the date of order. In case of ad-hoc seminar orders, we expect co-operation from you for immediate delivery of supplies. 17. Bills for 15 days should be submitted for which the payment will be made in 25 working days through cheque.
