Flavour notes of herbs, wet slate and gooseberry to give some varietal lift. Babich Sauv Blanc, NZ 44 The bouquet is an inviting mix of tropical, passionfruit aromas. Palate entry is luscious and lively, bursting with passionfruit. This is a fantastic example of Black Label Sauvignon that is equally enjoyable on its own and with food. Satyr Valiant Sauv Blanc, NZ 38 Ripe Hawke's Bay Sauvignon Blanc with typical stonefruit, tropical and gooseberry aromas. The palate has vibrant fruit and a soft finish with plenty of residual flavour. Serve lightly chilled with seafood and white meats. The palate is silken and long, with a fine interwoven backbone of natural acidity providing the framework for persistent tangy stone fruit flavours and a supple textural finish.

2 Levantine Hill Katherine s Paddock Chardonnay, VIC 165 Expressing elegance, sophistication and textural complexity, its exceptional fruit has been carefully picked and sorted before being fermented and matured in fine French oak. A complex, medium bodied Chardonnay with notes of stone fruit and grilled nuts. Cloudy Bay Chardonnay, NZ 110 The cooler growing season played nicely into the hands of our desired refined and focused chardonnay style. The nose is bright with aromas of stone fruit, white chocolate and a touch of smoke. Lemon balm and green plums combine with flint and char on a fleshy palate and lingering finish. Sileni, NZ 75 The Sileni Chardonnay has melon and stone fruit flavours with a hint of almond. Toasty and slightly nutty with nice depth of fruit, this wine is rich, mealy and lively, with nice intensity. Terra Felix Chardonnay, Central VIC 34 This is a very elegant subtle cool-climate Chardonnay. Lemon and white peach aromas are supported by a whisper of oak on the nose and the palate is long and fine with lovely mouth feel and texture. Levantine Hill Chardonnay, VIC 110 This Chardonnay is complex fruit characters of white nectarine, saffron, Pink Lady apple, chamomile flower, cashews and Leatherwood honey work in concert with a tactile interplay of chalk, silkiness and Beurre Bosc pear-like texture. Subtle acidity provides the backbone conveying the fruit and weight to a resounding finish. Satyr Kereru Chardonnay, NZ 38 Flying High Chardonnay is light straw green in colour with flavours of nectarine and white peach. Full mouth feel with balanced acidity and long flavour length. Inara Pinot Gris, VIC 48 This white wine is made with a lot of grace and weight. The appearance is golden straw. The aroma jumps out of the glass with pink musk, rose petal and honey suckle notes. The palate is light to medium bodied, long and weighty. Orange peel and pink musk notes heighten the senses and although there is some residual sweetness the wine, it finishes dry. Gypsie Jack Pinot Gris, SA 44 This wine displays a lot of varietal Pinot Gris characters of pear, with some lifted floral aromatics compliment by some background spice and ginger with a hint of nutmeg. The palate is textured and balanced from lees contact but still holding good acidity to give a nice clean finish. Mondaletto Pinot Grigio, Italy 35 Skins and stalks are immediately separated from juice and fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel to preserve all typical varietal characteristics: Tasting Notes Colour: Pale straw. Bouquet: Fruit forward. Taste: Crisp with delicate flavours with hints of peach, melon, pear and lime.

An intense, exquisitely balanced palate, filled with the fruits of the orchard, apples, nashi and pear. Wonderfully textural and pleasingly dry. Babich Pinot Gris, NZ 44 Bold and expressive bouquet with suggestions of toast and vanilla spice, then peach and apple tones, some baked pear and quince moments, full and rich aromas overall. On the palate dry, firm fruity and flavours of peach and apple then pear fruits, moderate to lengthy finish. Moscato Sweet, Australia 30 This is quite a fizzy Moscato exhibiting a very pale straw colour and watery hue. The nose displays lifted ripe grapey aromas followed by some tropical fruit notes and a hint of sherbet. Sweet fruity palate entry and light body weight with grapey tropical fruit flavours and a touch of orange blossom. Joshua Tree Watervale Riesling, SA 44 Very pale straw in the glass with a green hue, this is a vibrant Clare Riesling with aromas of lime and lemon. Its intense, spicy palate has lemonade-like citrusy intensity balanced by razor-like acidity. Very youthful - one for the cellar. Farnese Pecorino Italy 50 The Farnese Pecorino Casale Vecchio white wine from the Abruzzo region of Italy is a wine worth seeking out. hen this wine is poured it shows a yellow colour almost like an ageing semillon. It is a weighty wine on the palate although it has a bracing acidity with some oak nuances showing through. The finish is clean and long. Petit Chablis Laroche, France 125 A generous and elegant wine. Light golden colour. Intense nose of flower, brioche and candied lemon aromas, evolving towards nuances of grilled hazelnut and spice as the wine matures. On the palate, the wine is straightforward, with a nice texture and finesse. It has a long aftertaste where floral and gingerbread notes dominate. Patrick Puize Chablis Grand Cru Bougros, France 165 Pale, bright green-yellow. Aromas of lemon peel and white grapefruit are complemented by honeyed high tones on the nose. Gives an initially sweet impression but the wine's white peach fruit and silky texture are leavened by bright acidity. Concentrated, energetic and quite long, with a lightly tannic finish Sancerre A.O.C., France 75 Intense and complex, this fresh, mineral wine with hints of grapefruit. The Sancerre Blanc vines are planted in communes within the Sancerre appellation. Grapes are harvested terroir by terroir when they reach their peak of ripeness. The juices from each individual terroir are then blended harmoniously to yield a unique and versatile wine. 83 Cotes de Provence Rose, France 50 Very pale pink in colour. The nose is aromatic and sweetly perfumed with aromas of strawberries and rose petals. The palate is elegant and effortless with light berry and candied fruit drop flavours lingering long on a soft, dry finish.

The palate is generous yet medium bodied, with finely grained. Round Two Cabernet Sauv, SA 38 Cassis, black currant, licorice, mint and earthy tones. Ripe dark fruit characters flavours dominate the palate. Fine even tannin profile offers structural support and maintains length. Amadio Cabernet Sauvignon, SA 45 This full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon reflects classic Cabernet. This intense wine opens into ripe mulberry, hints of mint and tobacco leave with overtones of cedar and spice. The mouth feel is comforting and cosy yet is built around firm, fine-grained tannins. Two Left Feet Mollydooker, SA 70 Aromas of deep blackberry, plum and coffee with an underlying floral bouquet. These bold fruit flavours are closely followed by luscious chocolate, spice, licorice and creamy vanilla. Overall, a truly vibrant, ripe, and indulgent experience. Levantine Hill Syrah VIC 85 The elegant medium-bodied palate abounds with spice and earthy nuances in a concentration of savouriness. The silky ripe tannins have been deftly integrated with the underlying oak providing carriage for the fruit weight and lingering flavours to a pronounced and persistent finish. St Henri Shiraz, SA 175 The dark colour pre-empts a wine of dense, layered black fruit. The aromas of anise and cracked pepper are enveloped in classic blackberry. The structure imparted by oak and skin contact integrates well with the bright, but intense fruit. Blue Eyed Boy Shiraz SA 90 Definitely no shrinking violet, this explosion of a wine has a dense black crimson colour and leaps from the glass with powerful aromatics of blueberries, ripe sweet fruit, licorice and undertones of chocolate biscuit. Johns Blend Margaretes Shiraz SA 75 Colour - Very rich and intense red Nose - Extremely intense and rich chocolate and eucalypt mint showing. Complex French Oak. Pallet - Big, rich and full bodied with intense dark chocolate overtones. While full bodied, the palate is balanced with a soft tannin finish. Gipsie Jack Shiraz, SA 44 Dense blackcurrant and blackberry fruit at the fore, along with some liquorice, chocolate and choc/berry notes. The palate has a core of briary, dark berry fruit with liquorice and chocolate.

5 Buckshot Heathcote Shiraz, VIC 60 Opaque black purple colour with dark purple hue. The nose provides an attractive bouquet of ripe blackberry, dark plum, a touch of liquorice and spicy oak. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses generous blackberry and plum flavours followed by some subtle liquorice, toasty oak and spice. Forester estate Shiraz, WA 60 Stacks of ripe berry notes on the nose with a sprinkle of pepper and spices. It's a savoury expression of the variety typical of Margaret River. Controlled and medium bodied with an effortless finish. Dusty, earthy character on the palate with a slightly loamy influence. Still tightly wound and will benefit from further ageing. Pale and floral as it looks and smells, it is a punch on the tongue with its astringent tannin and high acidity.
