2 EVENT AREAS WELLINGTON POINT HOTEL The Courtyard The Courtyard, situated at the front of the venue, is perfect for a relaxed meet up with friends, after work drinks, or cocktail style function with plenty of outdoor seating and over-looking the leafy street. Can comfortably accommodate 40 casual seating and for cocktail style when including The Lane. The Lane The Lane is the perfect place to get together with friends. With a funky and colourful vibe, this area is a great place to mingle with mates and is located off the side of The Courtyard and can be reserved for up people or up to 80 including The Courtyard. It is the perfect space for a casual birthday get together or after work drinks. Coast Bar Our Coast Bar booths are a great space to enjoy time with friends, whilst having your own space to enjoy our live music every weekend. The large booth comfortably seats people, whilst the small booth better accommodates 10 people for a more intimate feel.

3 EVENT AREAS WELLINGTON POINT HOTEL The Deck The Deck is our most versatile function area. Situated at the rear of the Hotel, The Deck offers outstanding views of Moreton Island and The South Passage Bar. This is a perfect area for all occasions, ranging from birthday parties, to engagements and casual wedding receptions. The Deck comfortably accommodates 50 seating or up to 90 cocktail style. Minimum of 50 required for exclusive use Friday to Sunday. Minimum spend of $1500 required Friday to Sunday. Available at no charge Monday to Thursday day and night. Old Bill's The newest edition to the venue, Old Bill's Whisky & Wine Bar is dedicated to Cecil 'Bill' Hogan, who started the Hogan Family Hotel over 50 years ago. With it's brick facade and warm friendly feel, this is our only private use area currently in the venue. With a bar that stocks the most premium of drinks, with over 220 different spirits, it is ideal for your engagement party or cocktail style Wedding reception. It seats up to 65 with a standing capacity of 85. Available for exclusive use Monday - Wednesday day or night and 12pm-4pm Thursday to Saturday. $500 Hire Fee for 4 Hours includes 2 staff. Hogan's Restaurant Our restaurant is the perfect spot for a casual dining experience. You are able to book a table at no cost and enjoy a large array of perfect pub meals at great prices.

8 TERMS & CONDITIONS MINIMUM SPEND To book a function here with us at The Wellilngton Point Hotel, a minimum spend must be paid, as set by The Functions Managers. If this is not met at the conclusion of your function, a mandatory area hire fee will be charged to make up the required spend. All quotes are valid for seven (7) days from the date of issue. Tentative bookings will only be held for five (5) business days from enquiry. DEPOSIT A deposit is calculated at $500 or 20% of the minimum spend, whichever is greater. Deposits can be paid by credit card, cash, EFTPOS or cheque (pending approval). We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa. All function bookings for November and December are required to pay 50% of the total minimum spend 30 days prior to the function date. When making payments via Bank Transfer please forward the remittance to: functions@hoganswp.com.au CONFIRMATION A booking is confirmed by signing the Booking Form and forwarding the requested deposit within 3 (three) days of receiving this documentation. Upon clearance of the payment a confirmation will be sent. If the deposit and registration form are not received, management reserves the right to cancel the booking and allocate the area to another client. FINALISING FOOD & NUMBERS VAll food, beverage and function (including AV) requirements are due fourteen (14) days prior to the functiondate and thirty (30) days prior November and December. Final confirmation of thenumber of guests attending the function is due seven (7) business days prior to the event. CANCELLATIONS Notification of cancellation must be in writing to receive a refund of any prior monies paid. If you decide to cancel your function, the following conditions apply: Notice of 30 days or more prior to the function, deposit will be refunded in full. Notice between 30 6 days 25% deposit is forfeited. Notice of 5 days or less 100% deposit is forfeited. 18TH & 21ST BIRTHDAYS All 18th and 21st birthday functions utilising certain areas must have a security guard at the host s expense of $220.
