Château Ksara, Blanc de Blanc 2015/ This wine seduces with its finesse, elegance and floral aroma. On the palate, it is soft, fresh with a long finish. 3. Château Ksara, Chardonnay 2013/ This Chardonnay has a subtle, almost creamy character, with spicy flavours and a fine-grained racy mouthfeel. 4. Chateau Kefraya, Blanc de Blanc 2014/ Lively and full bodied. This wine is round, fresh and aromatic on the palate. 5. Ixsir Grande Reserve Viognier, Sauvignon and Chardonnay Varieties.Pure golden hue. Enticing white flowers, peach and citrus fruits on the nose with a long finish with classy oak notes. 3 Red Wines from Lebanon 8. Jeune Musar A blend of Rhone varieties Cinsault and Syrah from organic vineyards. Rich characters of blackcurrants, cherries, raspberries with a hint of eastern spice. 9. Château Ksara, Reserve du Couvent A medium to full bodied wine, with an intensely fruity blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah that compliments Lebanese cuisine perfectly. 10. Massaya Le Colombier Classic Generous, light and easy to drink. Supple in the mouth with a fresh and fruity finish. 11. Chateau Ksara, Cabernet Sauvignon Full bodied matured in oak casks for 14 months. Deep purple red, a spicy nose with blackcurrant and ripe red fruits note. It has power and length. 12. Chateau Kefraya, This wine is full and frank on the palate with balance and length. The cabernet sauvignon is the dominant variety but gives way to the Syrah in the finish. 13. Château Ksara, Cuvée du Troisième millenaire Made in tiny quantities, a blend of Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Syrah. Deep spicy prune flavour, with layers of complexity and a great structure. 14. Massaya Gold Intense deep purple The nose is clear with powerful gamey aroma, and hints of sandalwood. Deliciously full bodied. 15. Kefraya Comte du M 2009/ A dark ruby coloured wine, fresh, full bodied and complex. Well structured with the oak perfectly integrated leaving the finish sustained and powerful. 16. Chateau Musar 1999 The Crème de la crème of Lebanese wines. One of the most concentrated vintages at Chateau Musar. Intense aromas of perfumed fruits and eastern spices. This is a richly concentrated wine of great character with a luxurious fruit and sweet woody finish
