17 Experience Counts! - Over 18 years experience in providing music and audio services for Weddings, Birthday Parties, Class Reunions, Office Parties and National acts. Equipment - Bose Professional Series Speakers throughout both banquet rooms/wireless lapel and hand-held microphones/new LED light system (Carriage Room) and Mirror Ball. Computerized Music with all your favorites as well as specialty songs for Weddings/Processional-Candlelighting Ceremony- Recessional and Father/Daughter -Mom & Groom songs. Event Coordination - Most functions involve several needs - Caterer - Club - DJ - Etc. - and these people may have never worked together typically. This very often does not allow for a smooth event. All the members of the Carriage House staff work together to ensure that your special day go as planned, and maybe even a little better! Miscellaneous - Podium available with wireless system. Karaoke available. Wedding Ceremony coordination with onsite Weddings, including attending rehearsal, coordinating guests, wireless lapel microphones for the ceremony. Props for games available. Anything from a conservative business meeting to getting really silly at a wedding reception, Mr.K s Music can make it happen for you, right here at the Carriage House. 18 Carriage House Plus Policies & Procedures Menu Selection Your final menu selection must be finalized 14 days* in advance of your event. All food items must be supplied and prepared by Hi-Style Caterers. The single exception is Wedding and Birthday cakes and favors. Food prepared by Hi-Style Caterers must not be taken off the premises for insurance and health code reasons. Guarantees A final guarantee of the exact number of guests for all functions is required 14 days* prior to the function. If not available, Hi-Style will use the highest estimated number and the bill will reflect this amount. A reduction in the amount of guests after the 14 day* requirement day has passed will not reduce the amount or your final bill. Service Charge and Tax All food prices are subject to a service charge of 18% and the Maine Meals Tax of 8%. (If non-taxable,you must provide your valid non-tax ID number for our records. Prices All prices are subject to change without notice. However, prices may be confirmed 30 days prior to the event. Deposit Deposits are required at the time of booking. All deposits are non-refundable. Payments Final Guest Count MUST be provided to the Carriage House and Payment MUST be paid 14 days* prior to the event. Payment may be made in the form of cash, credit card or bank check. * Exceptions may be made for scheduling issues.
