25 Terms & Conditions 1. All packages are subject to availability. 2. Provisional bookings will be held for a maximum of 7 days, if you do not confirm within this time your booking will be automatically released on the 8th day. 3. The full and final payment is due no later than the 1st November All monies paid in advance are strictly non-refundable; this includes booking fees, full payments and non-attendance. Party organisers are requested to inform everyone in their party of this policy. 5. Any bookings made after 1st November 2017 require full and immediate payment. 6. All prices quoted are fully inclusive of 20% VAT. 7. All Christmas and New Year bookings must be confirmed with a non-refundable booking fee of 10 per person. 8. Payment to the hotel can be made in the form of cash, card or company cheque. BEST WESTERN Beamish Hall no longer accepts personal cheques. 9. Full menu pre-orders are required for all of our Christmas Party Nights no later than 1st November Failure to do so will result in your guests being served a standard set menu of Breaded Brie, Turkey & Christmas Pudding. 10. Any amendments to bookings must be made with the Christmas Coordinator in the Sales Office directly by calling and press option Our management reserves the right to amalgamate parties or transfer events to a smaller room to ensure optimum numbers. 12. Our management reserves the right subject to circumstances or in case of under subscription to cancel or re-arrange events. In this case an alternative date or venue shall be offered or a full refund given. 13. No beverages can be brought into the hotel by guests attending any of our events. Any beverages found will be held by the management and returned to the guests after the event. 14. Our management reserves the right to refuse admission and to escort a guest off the premises whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate. 15.
