Choose your entrée, then your starch, vegetable and salad followed by a dessert. Beef EIGHT OUNCE SIRLOIN STEAK BEEF TENDERLOIN EIGHT OUNCE NEW YORK STEAK ROASTED PRIME RIB ROAST BARON OF BEEF Pork STUFFED PORK LOIN Stuffed with a mixture of apples and breading, accompanied with a natural pan au jus. GRILLED PORK STEAK A thick cut seven ounce boneless pork medallion, grilled and finished in the oven, topped with a mango salsa. Combination Dinners LAND AND SEA Six ounce Certified Angus Beef Brand sirloin accompanied by a fillet of salmon. BBQ CHICKEN AND RIBS Half rack of our succulent BBQ ribs served with a juicy BBQ chicken breast. STEAK AND CHICKEN Six ounce Certified Angus Beef Brand sirloin steak and a lightly seasoned grilled chicken breast. STEAK AND SHRIMP Six ounce Certified Angus Beef Brand sirloin steak accompanied with a skewer of Atlantic shrimp. Fish MAPLE GLAZED SALMON Atlantic salmon fillet grilled and basted with our maple pepper glaze, served on a bed of white and wild rice medley. HALIBUT STEAK Fresh oven poached steaks brushed with a lemon butter sauce.

2 Wedding Dinner Entrées continued Chicken CLASSIC CHICKEN SUPREME An oven roasted chicken breast stuffed with a garlic confit and herbs with a rosemary chive sauce. CHICKEN OSCAR A juicy grilled chicken breast topped with crab meat, asparagus and fresh Hollandaise sauce. GREEK CHICKEN A chicken breast slow roasted with herbs, lemon, pepper, fresh tomato and Kalamata olives. CHICKEN VICTORIA Stuffed with a spinach Ricotta mousse and smothered in a roasted red pepper sauce. CHICKEN ASSINIBOINE Stuffed with wild rice and topped with a mushroom cream sauce. CHICKEN NEPTUNE Stuffed with a shrimp and scallop mousse and finished with a lobster bisque sauce. ROAST TURKEY A roasted turkey with flavorful sage dressing. Vegetarian BAKED MANICOTTI Pasta tubes filled with a three cheese blend baked in our rich marinara sauce with melted Mozzarella and Parmesan. VEGETARIAN STRUDEL Rice with a mixture of grilled vegetables wrapped in phyllo pastry and baked until golden. VEGETABLE TIAN Layers of vegetable ratatouille, sautéed spinach and onions topped with a grilled Portabella mushroom on a bed of rice. 9 Victoria Inn Wedding Bar Service Our bar services include the following amenities: Mix (soft drinks, orange juice, tomato juice and Clamato juice), garnishes, cocktail napkins, ice and glassware. Only Victoria Inn hotel staff may serve as bartenders. Mandatory bartender fee of $20 per hour, per bartender will apply to all bars under $350. The Victoria Inn schedules one bartender for every 100 guests. Minimum requirement is 3 hours per bartender.
