1 2019 Corporate Outing Menus and Information The Village at Boulder Ridge is available from May 1 st October 17 th for corporate and private outings. All events run from 12pm 6 pm unless otherwise agreed upon in the event contract. Minimum attendance is 125 people on a Saturday and 50 people on Sundays and weekdays. These packages are best suited for a corporate event. If you are interested in hosting a family reunion, anniversary party, sweet 16, baby/bridal shower or other similar event please also see the Special Event Menus available on our website. The following pages include outing menu options and pricing. Grill & Buffet times will be adjusted based on the number of guests. In addition to the menu price per person, a facility fee may apply: Guests: $ Guests: $400 Over 250 Guests: No Facility Fee The facility fee includes exclusive use of our facilities including sports fields & courts, Climbing Tower & Zip Line, Pool, Playgrounds, Bocce & Shuffleboard, and the Pond for boating. If you are interested in use of the facility without food service, please call our office for pricing. We are also happy to arrange the following additional services for your event: 40 foot Inflatable Obstacle Course - $250 Activity Coordinator - $150 Cotton Candy Machine - $175 (4 hours) Face Painter - $125 per hour

2 2019 Corporate Outing Menus and Information Outing Terms & Conditions A $1500 deposit and signed contract are required to secure a date. Final counts are due two weeks before your event. Final balances are payable with 10 days. Credit card payments are subject to a 2% processing fee. Music is allowed only in the lodge. No pets are allowed on the premises. The company or event host are responsible for all liquor brought onto the premises by the company, event host and guests. Failure to leave at the stated time will result in additional fees. The Village at Boulder Ridge reserves the right to evict any individual or group from the premises found to be violating our regulations. Please see the event contract for additional terms and conditions. If an outing menu is chosen for a wedding, additional fees and gratuity will apply. Liquor & Bartender Service Alcohol must be purchased by the event host or provided by a licensed bartending service. Bartenders must be paid directly by the event host on the day of the event. Cost for bartenders are: $175 each for 6 hours with tip tray. $250 each without tip tray. Bartenders are mandatory due to insurance regulations and a Certificate of Insurance is required. A licensed bartending service can be recommended. If you choose to purchase your own alcohol, the bartenders must be hired from our approved list.

6 Outing Menus Optional Dinner Menu A dinner buffet can be added to any of the above outing menus. Dinner will be served at 5:30 pm. The times of service for lunch and dessert will be adjusted accordingly. The prices indicated below are in addition to the menu price chosen from the Outing Menus above. This dinner buffet is an addon option to the standard outing menus and cannot be chosen as the only meal. For more formal event options please see the Special Event or Wedding Menus. Addition of the dinner menu also adds one hour of time to your event on the pavilion (activity areas will still be closed at 5:45 pm). 2019 Wedding Reception Information Dining Room Options The Village at Boulder Ridge has both inside and outside facilities to choose from. The Village does not host more than one wedding per day. Both
