Daytime Rental Fee Evening Rental Fee Halls Tavern Capacity: 22 seated Daytime Rental Fee Only available for daytime events or buyouts Reminiscent of a beloved yacht club of yesterday, Halls Tavern offers a non-traditional setting for your next business mixer, social celebration, or wedding party. With the adjacent Outdoor Courtyard, you have the opportunity for an indoor-outdoor event your guests will not soon forget! Outdoor Courtyard Capacity: 30 seated, 48 standing Daytime Rental Fee Evening Rental Fee Our private, lush, green, and festively-lit Outdoor Courtyard, adjacent to Halls Tavern, is a lovely, al fresco choice for your pre-dinner reception, social celebration, or business mixer. Can be used in conjunction with any of our private event venues.

4 Menu Tastings Tastings are available upon request. The cost of the tasting is based on your menu selections and the number of guests attending the tasting. Alcohol is not included. Specialty Cakes All of our menu options include in-house baked desserts, or our private dining coordinator will be happy to provide you with a list of local vendors for a specialty cake. If you choose to bring your own cake or dessert, there is a $3 per person cake cutting and plating fee. Outside Food Policy Outside favors and food are permitted, but are subject to an outside food fee. This fee is a per person price. Decorations & Floral Arrangements We can provide you with a list of preferred florists in the area. Our private dining rooms are set with white linen table cloths. Table tops also include beautiful flatware, glassware, salt and pepper shakers, and votive candles upon request. You may bring your own additional décor at no cost, or our private dining coordinator can arrange to have personalized decorations. Additional fees may apply. Food and Beverage Minimums Food and beverage minimums apply to functions based on the specific room(s), time of year, day of the week and availability. These minimums do not include service charge, sales tax, or set-up fee. Full Building Buyouts It is a possibility to rent the entire building for an event. Food & Beverage minimums for this type of event are determined on an individual basis based on the day of the week, time of the year and whether it is a daytime or evening event. Audio and Visual Capabilities The Old Village Post House Inn can assist you with many audio visual needs provided there is advance notice. A screen, LCD projector and portable sound system (including a wireless microphone) are available upon request. Prices vary depending on the client s needs and are an additional cost. Charges are subject to a 20% service charge and 10.5% sales tax. Internet Complimentary high speed wireless internet is available throughout the Old Village Post House Inn. Guarantee A final guaranteed guest count is required 72 hours prior to the scheduled event. If no guaranteed guest count is given, the client will be billed based on the original estimate, or the actual number of guests, whichever is greater. Miscellaneous Charges A 20 x30 tent rental is required with the rental of the courtyard. The cost of this tent is $400. You will have the opportunity to cancel the tent three days in advance for a rain reserve fee of $175. Deposit / Payment A deposit of $10 per person is required to book an event. Cancellations made 60 days prior to a scheduled event will result in a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to a scheduled event will result in a non-refundable deposit. Please note: The deposit received will be deducted from the final bill prior to presentation. One bill will be presented upon conclusion of the event. Payment is due in full at that time unless other arrangements have been previously made.

5 Deposit Guidelines An event does not become definite until a deposit is placed. Therefore, it is important that a deposit is placed as soon as possible. A deposit of $10 per person is required to book an event. In the case of a buyout of the building a deposit of $20 per person is needed. 4 Weeks Prior Rentals & Special Linens The Old Village Post House has a vendors agreement with Snyder Rental Co. and we would be happy to set up an order to be delivered to our facility. The final decision on these rentals must be made 4 weeks in advance. There is a $40 delivery fee that applies to the delivery of event rentals. Other damage and delivery fees may apply depending on the size & availability of the rentals. 3 Weeks Prior Menu/Beverage Selections & Audio Visual Equipment For ordering purposes we do require that you select your menu option and beverage choices 3 weeks prior to your event. If menus and beverages are not chosen at this point we can not guarantee that the preferred items can be delivered in time for the event. Final A/V decisions if needed 1 Week Prior Preliminary Documents A preliminary floor layout & menu with menu header (upon request) will be sent to the person of contact at this time for review. If any changes need to be made please send them as soon as possible to our event coordinator. 72 Hours Prior Final Guest Count The final guest count given at 72 hours will be the amount charged at the final billing unless the number of guests in attendance is greater than the guaranteed number. 36 Hours Prior Final Contract and Room Layout A final contract will be given to the person of contract to sign with finalized menu & beverage options as well as guest counts. The event host will need to return this signed to the private dining coordinator before the time of the event. A final room layout will be sent at this time. This is how the room will be set on the day of the event. By signing below, I acknowledge & understand the event timeline and guidelines. 20 FOOD & BEVERAGE AM I RESTRICTED TO A SEATED EVENT OR CAN I PLAN A BUFFET OR HORS D OEUVRES RECEPTION? Our culinary team is committed to creating the atmosphere and menu desired by our guests. Our private rooms may be used for dining, receptions or other gatherings. CAN I CREATE MY OWN MENU? Here at the Post House we have created menu recommendations for groups larger than 10. The talented chefs at the Old Village Post House Inn will create custom menu customized to your preferences. IS THERE A CHILDREN S OPTION? Yes, for all of our private events we do offer a Children s Menu which is generally a fruit cup, chicken fingers & fries and ice cream for dessert unless otherwise requested. This menu is $12 per child. We do offer a Children s Palmetto Buffet price of $12 as well. DO I NEED TO KNOW WHAT EACH OF MY GUESTS IS ORDERING BEFOREHAND? No, a personalized printed menu is placed at each setting for your event based on the menu option you chose. A server will then go around the day of your event and find out what each guest would like to order. Only the accompaniments to the entrée will need to be selected ahead of time. DO YOU OFFER DIFFERENT OPTIONS FOR GUESTS WITH DIETARY RESTRICTIONS OR ALLERGIES? Our culinary team would be happy to customize or modify any dish to meet a variety of dietary restrictions. We also take food allergies very seriously. If you are aware of a guest or you yourself has any restrictions, please let your private dining coordinator know ahead of time, so they can coordinate with the kitchen to have a specialized dish available the day of your event. It is also important that your guest let the server know as they are taking orders as well. WHAT DOES BEVERAGES BY CONSUMPTION MEAN? Beverages offered by consumption are priced individually or per drink, glass or bottle consumed. This is tallied by your server the day of your event and added to the final bill. This beverage option will not be added into your event proposal unless you request an estimate. This is generally the recommended option for smaller groups or for parties that do We also offer beverage packages which are priced per person, per hour for larger parties. WHAT IS A PRIVATE BAR SETUP? We generally recommend a private bar setup for our upstairs dining areas, especially the Pitt Street Room.
