Rolling Green Fairways and Catering By Rolling Green is excited to announce a new service to all our visitors to the hard working farmers in the area Harvest time is coming Let us help your family and take some of the meal planning and prepping off our shoulders Allowing for more time in the fields and running and managing other family obligations. Let us cater to you straight to the field Discounts applied to pickup orders with the ability to hold foods for long periods of time free delivery within a 25 km radius right to you field just give us a land location and some directions we will deliver right to you. With a solid reputation within the community, a passion for food in both presentation and quality, we are truly proud to prepare our meals with only the best and freshest of ingredients. Our menu items are made from scratch nothing is processed, frozen or boxed, and are proud to deliver to you the kind of quality we would serve our friends and family at our dinner table. There are several different meal options to choose from, however every option can be customized to your own specifications Just ask!!! For purpose of harvest, there are TWO different levels of service: Self Service Full Service.. You pick up from Rolling Green Fairways, and take care of setup, display, tear down, and return of dishes, etc., to Rolling Green Fairways 10% Discount Will Apply to Any Self Service Catering Service. We are also happy to provide you with commercial grade food transporters that will hold your meals at proper temps for up to 4 hours to make life a little easier. We will deliver directly to your field, set up your food line, monitor/replenish line throughout service, clear tables/plates, dismantle food line and clean up/remove any existing food service refuse and incidentals (No extra charge within 25 km radius of Lloydminster) All service levels include paper plates, paper napkins, disposable cutlery, chafer fuel, chafer pans and all necessary service dishes, condiments, as well as food table setup, etc Additional tables and chairs for meal service may be requested additional charges apply ($2/per person). A valid credit card will be required to hold on file, with full payment required at pickup/delivery. Cancellations within 48 hours will be subject to 50% of balance due on requested service.
