We smoke and wrap your goods in foil for you to pick up the following business day after 5 pm or as stated by the cashier. *Holiday hours differ from regular pick up times. * Please bring meat fully thawed. If you are bringing them on the final day before holiday, bring them early because cooking space is limited. We bring everything you need to enjoy your meal. A small staff will be on hand to set up your buffet line and keep it fresh for the time allotted. We clean up our buffet and package any left overs for you to keep.
