For your convenience, we have put together Meal Deals and Beverage Packages to help take the guesswork out of ordering for you and your guests. You'll find that all of our Meal Deal options are a great balance of ballpark fare, local favorites and made-from-scratch items that, no matter what your appetite calls for, will satisfy a broad range of guests and specific tastes. Be sure to take advantage of our visiting Sundae Cart featuring an array of toppings, candy and hard scooped ice cream that is sure to please your sweet tooth. Our Sundae Cart visits every suite during each game starting by the 6th Inning. 6 GENERAL INFORMATION Ordering Procedures Professional Sports Catering: Professional Sports Catering (PSC) partnered with the New Hampshire Fisher Cats in 2014 to operate food and beverage services at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium. PSC is the only full service food and beverage company that focuses exclusively on Minor League Baseball. We have a full service kitchen that can accommodate all tastes and budgets. Our staff is here to make your visit to Northeast Delta Dental Stadium not only a fun summer event, but a fantastic dining experience! While your account representative can assist with most of your needs, the Catering Manager can assist you with menu selection and special needs in your suite. If you have a special event or a unique client, the Catering Manager will make sure all of the details are handled. For all catering questions, please call the Catering Manager at (603) Advanced Ordering Procedures: In order to provide the freshest food and highest quality food service possible, we request that all food and beverage orders be placed three (3) business days prior to each game. For your convenience, you may place your food order in any of the following ways: Order Template: Here the Catering Manager will send you a spreadsheet containing all of our fantastic menu options. Utilizing this spreadsheet you will select your menu items, serving time and payment information all in one, easy to use location! Template orders must be placed at least 24 hours prior to each game. After that time you may still call or the Catering Manager. Call: You can always contact the Catering Manager at (603) to place your order right over the phone. You can also contact the Catering Manager with any questions or to place your order at ecox@prosportscatering.com. No matter which method you choose to use, always keep in mind that the Catering Manager is on hand to help you with your menu selections and any needs you may have. Please feel free to contact us at any time! Delivery of Advance Orders: In order to provide you and your guests with the finest service, we will deliver your advance order at the time you request. Hot food will be kept in chafing dishes in your suite. Cold food will be refrigerated in our kitchen until your requested delivery time. Our service staff will assist with final touches and preparation. While in your suite, a suite attendant will be assigned to provide service to you throughout the event. This service includes set up of your suite, greeting early guests, delivering food and beverage products and personal attention for you and your guests. Day-of-Game Orders: If you are unable to place an advance order, we welcome you to order the day of the game. Please contact the Catering Manager at (603) the morning of the game or contact the suite attendant when you arrive to place your order. Please be aware that orders made after 4 hours prior to game time will be delivered no earlier than the start of the game. Orders made at game time may take up to one hour for delivery. Many items may not be available for game time ordering and are noted on this menu. All items available for ordering on game day are listed in the blue menu book in your suite. 3 Please note that all food and beverage items are subject to NH State Meals & Rooms Tax, and an 18% administrative fee (12% of the administrative fee is retained by Professional Sports Catering and 6% is distributed to service staff). 7 Outside Food & Beverage: Outside food and beverage is not allowed in Northeast Delta Dental Stadium (Unless previously approved by Director of Operations). Our menu includes a variety of food options - from Meal Deals and Celebration Packages to appetizers, pizzas and more! If you are planning a birthday party, celebration or special occasion, there are packages available, so that all you have to do on the day of your event is worry about the guests. We want to make your experience at the ballpark a memorable one for everyone in your party. GENERAL INFORMATION Payment Options: Payment options for all food and beverage orders include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Check or Cash. A credit card number, expiration date, and CVV will be required at the time of the order for any order placed in advance or during a game. No exceptions. Inclement Weather: The New Hampshire Fisher Cats will make every effort to play each scheduled game. Game cancellations are rare and typically are not decided until after the scheduled game time. In the event that a game is canceled due to inclement weather, please be aware of the following policies. If you choose to cancel your food order for any reason, the Catering Manager must receive notification four (4) hours prior to game time. In the event that a game is canceled prior to gates opening, the suite holder will not be held responsible for food orders. In this situation, you will be contacted by an New Hampshire Fisher Cats representative. If a game is delayed prior to or during play, food will be delivered to your suite as planned unless the food order is canceled four (4) hours prior to game time. If you cancel your food order, you may still order from the suite menu when you arrive at the game. Please be aware that game time orders may take up to one (1) hour for delivery. Tax & Service Charge: Please note that all food and beverage items are subject to NH State Meals & Rooms Tax, and an 18% service charge (12% is retained by Professional Sports Catering and 6% is distributed to service staff). 17 Be A Team Player Drink Responsibly To maintain compliance with rules and regulations set forth by the State of New Hampshire, we ask that you adhere to the following: GENERAL INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse the service of alcohol to a suite for any reason. Alcoholic beverage service will stop at the middle of the 7th inning. Our suite servers will make a last call at the middle of the 6th inning in an effort to get any alcohol orders into the suites by the middle of the 7th inning. Alcoholic beverages purchased at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium are for on-premise consumption only. Our staff will graciously monitor all alcohol service throughout the event. New Hampshire state law prohibits any alcoholic beverage from entering or leaving the stadium. For the safety of all of our guests, all cans and bottles must remain in your suite. Minors (those under the age of 21), by law, are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages. It is unlawful to serve alcoholic beverages to anyone that appears to be intoxicated. Suite attendants and bartenders are available to you with an additional cost to monitor and serve alcohol within your suite. Suite Staffing We will provide staffing for the Sheehan Phinney Bass & Green Suite Level with suite attendants supervised by suite area supervisors. It is their responsibility to ensure that your suite food and beverage pre-orders are delivered and to assist you on event day. Private suite attendants and bartenders are available to assist with the greeting of your guests, bartending and serving the individual needs of you and your guests. A fee of $75 will be applied for each private suite attendant or bartender requested. 14
