18 Terms & Conditions Tentative Bookings A function will be considered confirmed, when a deposit has been received, and a booking form has been signed. The Hahndorf Inn reserves the right to cancel any bookings if this hasn t been done within 7 days. Your deposit will be deducted from your final account. Deposit Confirmation Deposit of $10pp or 20% estimated food spend or room hire fee, whichever is greater. Cancellations For cancellations prior to 1 month before the function date, a full refund will be given. Within 1 week of the function, 50% of the deposit is charged as a cancellation fee. Menu Selection & Final Numbers All menu selections must be made 2 weeks prior to your function. Final numbers must also be confirmed 7 days prior to your function. The final number confirmed will represent the minimum numbers for which you will be charged. Corkage Corkage is available by prior arrangement. $20 per bottle corkage fee will apply in all venues. Payment All accounts must be settled by cash or card prior to the day of the function, unless other arrangements have been. Please note Amex & Union Pay attract a 3% surcharge. An invoice can be ed to the Company or Organisation, should one be required, with prior notice. Insurance The Hahndorf Inn will not take any responsibility for injury, damage to or loss of equipment, merchandise or personal property of the guests left on the premises prior to, during or after the function. Minimum Spends Minimum spends must be met or a room hire fee will be incurred. Security Hahndorf Inn may determine an event needs security to ensure safety of patrons. Minimum charge is 4 hours at $55 per hour. Allergy We recommend guest invitations be printed with dietary requirements and allergies to be advised on acceptance. Management cannot guarantee traces of allergy items not present. 18

19 Behaviour and Noise Hahndorf Inn has a code of conduct that expects all patrons to behave responsibly. Noise levels will be applied as per the Hotels Licence conditions. Parking Parking is complimentary and subject to availability. The carpark is located at the rear of the Hotel. Clients Responsibility Organisers of a function are responsible for any damage/ breakage sustained by organisers, guests or any other person attending the function. It is understood that the organiser will take all reasonable steps to conduct the function in an orderly manner and control the behaviour of their guests. Responsible Service The Hahndorf Inn practices responsible service of alcohol. Any person deemed to be intoxicated will be refused the service of alcohol. All minors must leave the premises by midnight. It is an offence to serve or have someone supply alcohol to a minor or intoxicated persons. The Hahndorf Inn reserves the right to refuse service or to remove patrons for inappropriate or offensive behaviour. Cleaning General cleaning is included in the cost of your function.
