If you have placed an order with us and have not received a confirmation within 3 to 4 hours, please check back with us to ensure your order has been processed. DELIVERY There is a one-hour window for all deliveries. Upon placing your order let us know what time you plan to eat so we can arrange your delivery time. Multiple orders delivered to the same location at the same time are subject to a $7.50 delivery charge for each order. Please inquire about pricing for out of town and/or weekend deliveries. Cancellations received with less than 12 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation charge. UTENSILS Styrofoam plates, bowls, napkins, and plastic utensils are included with each order. Biodegradable plates are available at request for a small fee. EQUIPMENT All orders requiring a crock pot, steam table, coffee urn and toasters will include a $5.00 rental fee and a surcharge of $12.50 for pick-up of the equipment the following business day. Any misplaced items will be charged back to the client. MINIMUM FOR MULTIPLE SELECTIONS We have a 10 person minimum requirement if you wish to order more than one hot entrée or salad. We offer individual meals for individuals with special dietary requirements*. *SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS Please inquire about customizing a menu to suit your special dietary requirement(s). We offer vegetarian, vegan, halal, dairy-free, gluten-free and nut free options (we are not a gluten-free / nut-free facility).
