Policies & Guidelines If you don t find what you are looking for on our printed menus, we would be happy to create a menu specially designed for your event. Vegetarian & special dietary needs will be gladly accommodate with advanced notice. A 20 person minimum is required for all food service. Bar & wine menus are available upon request. Menu prices include buffet set-up & all clean up pertaining to food. In order to comply with the Oregon Health Department codes & standards we do not allow any food other than the food provided by Culinary Capers Catering. (Wedding Cakes prepared by a Health Department licensed vendor are the exception.) The Oregon Liquor Control Commission rules do not allow guests to bring in or remove alcoholic beverages from the premise. OLCC also requires our staff to request a photo ID from any person who appears to be under 26 years of age & we are instructed to refuse alcoholic beverage service to anyone who appears to be intoxicated. A $300 nonrefundable deposit is required to hold all bookings; this deposit will be deducted from the final bill. The remaining balance on the contract is due two weeks prior to the event. Please provide us with your final guest count 5 days (not including weekends) prior to your event. You will be charged for the guaranteed number or the number of guests served, whichever is greater. If you do not provide a final guarantee, final billing will be based on the original estimate or the actual number of guests, whichever is greater. A 20% service charge will be added to all food & beverage sales. Cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the event shall be subject to a 30% charge of the projected food & beverage cost.
