Wychwood Brewery Wychwood Brewery is located in the market town of Witney, on the fringes of the ancient medieval forest, the Wych Wood, after which it is named. It is London s last remaining family brewer, members of which are still involved in the business today. The Brewery is home to a family of beers recognised as among the best in the world. There have been breweries on the present site from the early 19th century. The brewery was established in 1978 by Ringwood Brewery founder, Peter Austin, who is thought to be an influence on Britain s craft brewery rebirth. The brewery now produces 40,000 barrels, 6,531,600 litres of beer a year. The family-run Black Sheep Brewery is situated in the Yorkshire Dales, in the north of England. Established 21 years ago, it is now the brewer of an award-winning range of beers, made using only high quality ingredients. They use water from their own well, Maris Otter malted barley for extra flavour, and whole English hops, including Challenger,,Progress and Goldings varieties. Its distinctive flavour is a result of still being traditionally brewed using the Burton Unions, a unique system of oak casks and Burton well water. 6 SCARECROW 4,7% Traditionally craft brewed in Oxfordshire, using organically grown English barley malt, and organic Target hops. It is a refreshing golden ale,with a combination of tart citric fruit flavours balanced by a rich biscuity maltiness and rounded off with a spicy bittersweet finish. GINGER BEARD 4,2% Ginger Beard is a traditionally made beer, with the brewing process remaining the same, except ginger root is added to give it a spicy kick. This results in a clean, refreshing beer, with a fiery, spicy finish. 11 CIDERS KINGSTONE PRESS CIDER APPLE 5,3% The cider is made from a blend of apple varieties grown on our farm at Malvern in Worcestershire or from the expert growers we work with in that county and neighbouring Herefordshire. 12 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Beer Solutions reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice at any time. The placing of an order does not constitute a contract, which is made only when we accept your order and process full payment. We reserve the right not to accept any order. PLACING AN ORDER & PAYMENT 50% of the total cost, without IVA, must be made when the order is placed. Payments can be made using cash, credit card. Web-site or telephone orders must be accompanied by bank or credit card details. Monies will not be refunded if the order is subsequently cancelled by the customer. In the event of non-authorization of payment we will contact you to advise. We do not accept liability for any losses or costs incurred or sustained by customers who transmit credit or debit card information. Any amounts payable by the buyer which remain unpaid after the due date shall be subject to a late charge equal to 10% per month from the due date until such amount is paid. If the ordered goods are not available, then an agreed substitute will be provided, OR a credit note will be issued. Sales of fruit cider are growing rapidly, and currently have a 13.8% share of the cider market. DELIVERY Orders usually take three to five working days from receipt of an order, but can take up to 14 days if circumstances are beyond our control. Signature at the point of delivery acknowledges receipt of the goods. Goods will not be left with third parties unless by prior arrangement. Upon receipt of your order, you should carefully inspect it to make sure that it is intact and in full. The courier must be informed of breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. We will not accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the courier s documentation.
