Expect fresh hop JU to have even more citrusy and floral aromatics from 1,600 pounds of fresh Citra hops. 14 GIGANTIC BREWING SODBUSTED V: THE SIMCOE STRIKES BACK FRESH HOP PALE 5.3% 66 We picked these delicious Simcoe hops fresh from Sodbuster Farms in the Willamette Valley. 15 HOPWORKS URBAN BREWERY FARM TO FEAST FRESH HOP SAISON 6.5% 40 Imperial Cascadian dark ale brewed with fresh Centennial hops that were harvested at Goschie Farms in the Willamette Valley during the 2017 total eclipse. It has a roasted malt flavor that complements the bitterness of this beer. 16 HOPWORKS URBAN BREWERY TOTAL BLACKOUT FRESH HOPPED IMPERIAL CDA 8.2% 55 Fresh hop farmhouse saison featuring fresh Centennial hops from fellow B Corp Crosby Hop Farm, spelt, and Salmon-Safe malted wheat and barley. Collaboration with New Seasons Market. This beer has a light but complex malt bill. 17 LAGUNITAS BREWING CO. LAKE COUNTY PALE ALE 6.5% 45 For our Lake County wet-hopped pale ale, we added some wet, lupulin-drenched, un-kilned, whole-cone, fresh-picked-andrushed-straight-from-yakima hops for your immaculate reception. Mild, peppery-spice and cucumber-like freshness. 18 LOOWIT BREWING COMPANY LANDO HOPRISSIAN IPA 6.4% 54 Lando has a complexity that Billy Dee would appreciate. Citra and Cascade lend a light bitterness. Fresh hop Centennials provide notes of lemon and pine. Balanced with a light malt bill, a clean, crisp, hoppy, beer is created. 19 LUCKY LABRADOR BREWING COMPANY RED SKY AT NIGHT, 2017 MOSAIC FRESH HOP PALE ALE PALE ALE 5.4% 40+ Red Sky at Night, inspired by the amazing sunsets of One hundred and sixty pounds of Mosaics from Coleman Farms in Mt. Angel, Ore., were were used in the mash tun and mixed with hot wort then quickly pumped to the fermenter. Also, we happened to be listening to a classic Fixx song while brewing that day. Cheers. 20 MIGRATION BREWING FRESH OUTTA PORTLAND IPA IPA 7.3% Fifty pounds of fresh-harvested Strata hops lend a mango, citrus and tropical aroma to this beer that of course is brewed with plenty of attitude! 21 MOTHER EARTH BREW CO. FRESH AS IT GETS WET HOP IPA 6.7% 65 From Harvest to kettle within hours, our fresh hop IPA is juicy with aromas of citrus, passionfruit, and a subdued yet present resin and pine. Grown just 30 minutes from our brewery, this beer is literally fresh as it gets. 22 MT. HOOD BREWING COMPANY CRYSTALLIZED FRESH HOP GOLDEN ALE 7.3% 48 Crystallized is a most excellent example of the time-tested use of Crystal hops in fresh hop beer. The base of pilsner malt, malted wheat and flaked barley lay the foundation for the freshy-est of Oregon hops.

Fresh hops are only in season for so long so grab a pint and enjoy the fresh-ness of Chinook hops. 24 PAYETTE BREWING CO SOFA KING FRESH AMARILLO WET HOP ALE 6.5% FRESH New to Payette Brewing s fresh hop beer lineup, this fresh hop wet ale highlights floral and citrus notes. Fresh hops are only in season for so long, so grab a pint and enjoy the fresh-ness of Amarillo hops. 25 PELICAN BREWING CO. ELEMENTAL PALE ALE FRESH HOP PALE ALE 6.0% 50 Brewed only during the peak of hop season, this year we made two batches of Elemental Pale Ale, using over 1,500 pounds of freshly picked, wet Willamette hops from Goschie Farms in Silverton, Ore. The mash tun was also used as a hop back, holding 1,400 pounds of hops! Left unfiltered to showcase as much of the hop character as possible, this beer features one malt, one hop variety, one yeast and pure coastal water. This is truly an elemental beer! 26 PINTS BREWING COMPANY FRESH & FUNKY IPA FRESH HOPPED IPA 6.5% 70 Our own Brett strain (pulled from a now-extinct Berliner Weisse brewery) brings the funk. The Mosaic and Citra hops bring the fresh. Together they work synergistic magic! 27 ROYALE BREWING CO. FRESH PRINTS PILSNER 5.0% 28 Royale pilsner with fresh Cascade hops from Sauvie Island Hops. Hops added into the brite tank the day of harvest, and then transferred pilsner onto them. Blast of juicy watermelon, bitter grapefruit, grassy and dynamic hop characters. Sure to evolve. 28 STICKMEN BREWING COMPANY CASCADE SESSION HAZE-C - HAZY IPA 4.7% 20 Fresh Centennials from the first morning of harvest at Crosby Hop Farm anchor the profile of this hazy IPA. Dry hopped with more Centennial and Bravo hops for some added fruitiness. 29 STICKMEN BREWING COMPANY HAZE-C SESSION PALE 4.7% 20 Loaded with late-addition fresh Cascade hops from Crosby Hop Farm. Orange blossom aroma and clean, crisp, balanced flavor. 30 STORMBREAKER BREWING FRESH HOP HOUSE MARTELL NE PALE ALE 5.5% 17 With over 200 pounds of fresh hop Mosaic, tantalizing aromas of tangerine and papaya burst out of the glass. This NE-style pale ale won t make you bend the knee, but it will quench your thirst for vengeance. 31 STORMBREAKER BREWING SO FRESH AND SO WHEAT AMERICAN AMBER WHEAT 5.2% 48 Ever have a fresh hopped american amber wheat? Well you have now! We used our Kolsch yeast to make it crisp and clean, full-bodied mouthfeel from the wheat, and enticing aromas from 15 pounds per barrel of fresh hop Cascades. 32 ZOIGLHAUS BREWING COMPANY OKTOBERFRESH FRESH HOPPED OKTOBERFEST 6.0% 0 Auburn in color from the Munich malt, which provides a rich and distinctive aroma, Oktoberfresh starts malty but ends crisp and refreshing. The wet Hallertau hops lend a mild spiciness and floral note to the autumn brew. Prost!

4 MID 33 DOUBLE MOUNTAIN BREWERY KILLER GREEN IPA 7.6% 95 It s harvest time! Sodbuster Farms in the Willamette Valley graced us with some beautiful Centennial and Simcoe hops straight from the vine. Fresh, bright evergreen, red fruit and blood orange lead the way, pulling juicy pine and kind herb in tow through the finish. Be green. Drink Killer Green. 34 DOUBLE MOUNTAIN BREWERY KILLER RED IRA 7.3% 78 Hops from Sodbuster Farms in the Willamette Valley are picked, transported and put into the brew within two hours. The exorbitant amount of fresh Perle whole-leaf hops heaped in to the kettle and hop back give this juiced up IRA wonderful ripe apple, dank forest, and fruited pine flavors and aromas. 35 DOUBLE MOUNTAIN BREWERY KILLER LION IPA 7.8% 82 Brewed with fresh Citra and Mosaic hops that lead with pride lending dank, green, tropic resin and evergreen. Blood orange, tangelo and fresh bread stalk closely behind, with the earthy scent of Northwest petrichor hanging in the finish. WEST, BIG 36 BACKWOODS BREWING COMPANY CITRA FRESH HOP IPA FRESH HOP IPA 6.5% 40 Fresh from the farm, our Citra hops are added straightaway to this IPA brew to provide the freshest flavor notes possible. Grapefruit aroma is complemented with notes of lime, passionfruit and melon. Nom nom nom... fresh hops! 37 EVERYBODY S BREWING HEAD STASH FRESH HOP IPA 7.2% Fresh Simcoe and Citra hops bring the party this year! At 7.2%, this golden IPA is bursting with juicy, fruity, Starburst aromas that give way to dank, resinous flavors. 38 BIG HORSE BREW PUB LORAL PILS PILSNER 4.8% 78 A Czech-style pilsner with a fresh hop twist, the Loral Pils is a Big Horse take on a classic style with a PNW hopping. Crisp, clean, awesome hop character. 39 FULL SAIL BREWING CO. EIGHT POUND PALE PALE ALE 5.6% 54 Every fall we look forward to brewing a fresh hop beer to celebrate the hop harvest. We use eight pounds of fresh hops per barrel to brew this beer, but it s absolutely worth it. There are distinct flavors and aromas that you can only get brewing with fresh hops. Brewed in small batches, this beer is only available during harvest. 40 FREEBRIDGE BREWING SCANDALOUS CLASSIC PALE ALE 5.6% 35 Nearly 100 pounds per barrel of wet Mosaic hops put the scandal in this scandalous pale ale. This bright and bold pale offers a burst of juicy fruit with a crisp and clean finish.

5 WEST, BIG 41 SEDITION BREWING CO. 10 POUND FIST FRESH HOP FESTBIER (HOPFEN FESTBIER) 6.5% 40 Over 10 pounds per barrel of freshly picked Centennial hops give this fresh hop lager a spicy, resinous flavor with a hint of soft, bready malt for balance. 42 SOLERA BREWERY BILLION DOLLER BUNNIES DIPA 10.5% NA Brewed in the historic rabbit-style of fresh hop double IPAs, this beer required multiple trips to the Yakima Valley. The icing on the cake is 100 pounds of fresh Centennials right out of the farm that morning and into the hop back! 46 WALKING MAN BREWING FRESH HOP BIPED RED AMERICAN RED ALE 6.0% 55 An American red ale brewed with Centennial hops and Citra fresh hop in the hop back. 47 SLOPESWELL CIDER CO. EMPERIUM N/A 6.9% 18 Light, crisp, IPA-style cider. Made with local apples and made better with Amarillo and Magnum hops. 48 CRUSH CIDER CAFÉ HOP DOG N/A 5.5% N/A Clean and crisp semi-dry cider, infused with Citra and Simcoe hops. A hoppy citrus nose with subtle hop flavor and a lingering finish.

With Simcoe hops from Doug at Sodbuster Farms and Cascade hops from Tim Sizzle Sisney right here in Central Oregon, this fresh hop IPA brings floral aroma and a pleasing bitter finish that satisfies once a year! 54 CRUX FERMENTATION PROJECT WAY TO FRESH IPA 9.9% 65 Fully hop-forward with rich tropical qualities, this flavorful blend of fresh Willamette Valley Mosaic and Simcoe hops is an imperial IPA that s double the trouble and downright delicious. 55 DESCHUTES BREWERY FRESH HOP CITY IMPERIAL IPA 8.5% 80 A fresh hop take on one of our favorite Portland pub beers. FRESH HOP DESCENDER IPA 7.5% 50 Our Descender IPA has always been a hop lover s dream. So this year we decided to take it up a notch and brew it with the freshest NW Centennial hops. It s like diving straight into the pile of fresh hops! 58 MAZAMA BREWING GREEN MAGIC FRESH HOP PALE ALE 5.5% 40 We chose Centennial hops to make a fruity melange that showcases some of the best hop flavors to be found. Malt contributes a nice, rich graham crackeriness.

The rye spice combines nicely with a Citra and Mosaic aroma to present a beer that is perfect for day s end, be it after work or a long day of outdoor pursuits. 60 ORDNANCE BREWING FRESHMJ ENGLISH IPA 6.6% 53 Western Europe meets West Coast in this ridiculously quaffable IPA, Full Metal Jacket (FMJ). A fusion of new world hops are held together with a malty backbone reminiscent of a maltier English-style pale. This is a beer for relaxing, sharing, or having on hand for pretty much any occasion. 61 RIVERBEND BREWING STRAIGHT OUT OF CROSBY IPA 6.7% 60 Right off the bine from our friends at Crosby Hop Farm! We used simple malts to give this beer a strawberry-yellow color, while allowing the abundant amount of fresh Amarillo hops to really shine. This beer is juicy and smooth with subtle notes of fruit and pine. Tons of late-addition fresh hops means full hop flavor without the bitterness. 62 RIVERBEND BREWING BAD TO THE BINE IPA 6.7% 60 Green, herbal, juicy tangerine and pine are some flavors you can expect in this wet-hopped IPA. We used over 125 pounds of fresh-off-the-bine Centennial hops. Cheers to our favorite time of the year! 63 SUNRIVER BREWING CO. D BOMB FRESH HOP IPA IPA 6.5% 60 This fresh hop IPA uses over 100 pounds of fresh Amarillo hops, provided to us by our friends at Crosby Hop Farm. These unique wet hops provide layers of bright floral, tropical fruit and an array of citrus. 64 THREE CREEKS BREWING CONELICKR FRESH HOP PALE ALE FRESH HOP PALE ALE 5% 55 The 2017 iteration of our annual fresh hop pale features wet Centennial hops from BC Farms in Woodburn Ore. The hops went from farm to brew kettle in five hours. The abundance of hop resins create a spiciness along with the classic orange rind notes of the fresh Centennial. 65 THREE CREEKS BREWING HOP WRANGLER FRESH HOP RED RED ALE 5.8% 50 A fresh hop version of our Firestorm red, we use fresh Amarillo hops from Independence Ore. 66 WILD RIDE BREWING 3 SISTERS WET HOPPED RED ALE FRESH HOP AMERICAN RED ALE 6% 45 Fresh Cascade and Centennial hops from Cascade Hop Farm in Central Oregon were used to help create a strong balance between the hops and malt profile in this red ale. 67 WILD RIDE BREWING NORTHBOUND & DOWN FRESH HOP IPA FRESH HOP IPA 7% 50 Fresh Amarillo hops from the Yakima Valley are prominent in this flavorful IPA that offers floral notes of geranium with a hint of grapefruit. 68 WORTHY BREWING HOP GUSHER IPA 6% N/A A heavy 5lb/bbl dose of fresh Crystal hops give this light bodied IPA an herbaceous, spicy zing.
