A traditional Biere De Garde style, this malty French-style farmhouse ale is brewed to be aged. The name honors the Hougoumont farmstead at the pivotal center of the Waterloo battlefield. 7.3% ABV $26 / 750ml saison, Sanitas, boulder, Colorado Saison Pouring bright marigold, our take on the classic Saison style expresses tangerine and bubble-gum. Belgian yeast esters in the aroma and flavors of grassy hops. Crisp and refreshing. 5.8% ABV 22 IBUs Wild, Sour, Fruit & Brett temptation, Russian River, santa rosa, California Sour Blonde Ale Blonde Ale aged in used Chardonnay barrels from local Sonoma County wineries. It is aged for about 9 to 15 months (depending on the age of the barrel) with lots of brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and pediococcus added to each barrel. Medium bodied with hints of oak and Chardonnay, funky brett characteristics, with a nice, long sour finish. 7.5% ABV $20 / 375ml Batch #100, crooked stave, Denver, colorado Our Centennial batch is brewed in the spirit of Colorado, the Centennial state and our hometown. We fermented Batch 100 with Centennial kumquats and dry-hopped the batch with Centennial whole cone hops.? % ABV $14 / 375ml St. bretta, crooked stave, Denver, colorado 100% Brettanomyces Witbier 5.5% ABV $9 / 375ml strawberry, cascade, portland, or Wild Ale This NW style sour is a crisp, refreshing wheat beer that was barrel-aged for seven months then additionaly aged with strawberries for another eight months. Bright, sweet strawberries and light candy notes greet you in the nose. A light tartness and berry sweetness intermingle on the palate, giving way to a light, sparkling fresh berry tartness in the finish. 8% ABV $38 / 750ml 1

2 The vine, cascade, portland, or Wild Ale This Northwest Style Sour Ale is a blend of soured Triple, Blonde Quad and Golden ales that have been refermented with the fresh pressed juice of white wine grapes. The beer spent more than six months of lactic fermentation and aging in small oak barrels. 9.3% ABV $38 / 750ml Saison-Brett, Boulevard Brewing Co., Kansas city, mo Wild Farmhouse Ale Saison-Brett, based on our very popular Tank 7, is assertively dry hopped, then bottle conditioned with various yeasts, including Brettanomyces, a wild strain that imparts a distinctive earthy quality. The beer aged in American Oak barrels for two years with a carefully selected blend of wild yeasts, eventually undergoing a secondary fermentation with world-famous Michigan tart cherries and sake yeast. It s a heavy, bitter beast of a beer and absolutely not for the timid. 12.6% ABV $24 / 500ml Uncle jacob s stout, avery brewing, boulder, colorado Imperial Stout Jacob Spears, our 6th Great Grand Uncle, is credited as the first distiller to label his whiskey "Bourbon." He built his distillery in Bourbon County, Kentucky in years before began brewing. While obviously a bit too late to produce Uncle Jacob s wash, we ve instead created something far more complex. In his honor, we present this robust, silky smooth, full-bodied and altogether extremely American rendition of an Imperial Stout aged for 6 months in the very finest bourbon barrels. The enormous load of hops requires a substantial malt background to create just the right balance for a Double IPA. Lighter in color, summer YuleSmith is available around the 4th of July and is packaged in a red, white, and blue bottle. For the winter season, YuleSmith is brewed as an Imperial Red Ale. This version is maltier, more balanced, and darker in color than the summer version. Although quite malty, big hop flavors and aromas are abundant making this an unforgettable winter warmer.
