1 PHONE Dark Star Brewery (West Sussex) Available from 2/7/18 4 x 9gl American Pale Ale 4.7% Des: The yeast strain used for the brewing of this American style pale ale is specially imported from the USA, along with Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops. The low colour Maris Otter malt provides a perfect light colour and dryness to complement the crisp taste and full aroma of the hops. SERIOUSLY FULL OF HOPS. 1 x 9gl Partridge 4% Des: A Best Bitter brewed in a traditional Sussex style using Maris Otter, Crystal and Chocolate malts with East Kent Golding hops. Typical of Dark Star ales, the Best Bitter relies on the heavy handed addition of aromatic hops late in the boil. Salopian Brewery (Shropshire) Available From 2/7/18 5 x 9gl Lemon Dream 4.5% Des: A wheat beer very much in the modern English style - served bright and top fermented. The recipe uses a small amount of fresh lemon to compliment the citrussy flavours produced by the wheat malt. Each of the Hops used, Goldings, Saaz and Cascade add fresh lemony flavours to the brew. 9 x 9gl Oracle 4% Des: The intention of the hop character is to be pronounced but not all encompassing, dry but not overtly bitter and a tiny hint of sweetness to add body. 4 x 9gl Golden Thread 5% Des: Aroma of pine, pineapple, yeast and caramel. Similar flavours with mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Quite dry to finish. 4 x 9gl Shropshire Gold 3.8% Des: Aroma of floral hops and caramel. Flavour of strong malts, floral hops, citrus and some pine notes. Medium bodied, slick mouth feel and a bitter, slightly fruity finish. 5 x 9gl Nebula 4.9% Des: Luscious, fresh, juicy and sparkling with tropical fruit with a aromas of pineapple, mango and kiwi. Light and vibrant on the palate with a fruit filled finish. Golden in colour. 5 x 9gl Fat Cat 4.5% Des: A sparkling golden ale brewed with the Simcoe hop. Aroma and flavour develop tropical fruit, pine and freshly cut grass. 5 x 9gl Accelerator 3.9% Des: Vibrant straw coloured, with citrus aromas, a strong palate of mango and grapefruit that speeds to a refreshing bitter finish.

2 Abbeydale Brewery (Yorkshire) Available From 2/7/18 10 X 9gl Absolution 5.3% Des: Mid-straw coloured beer with aromas of tropical fruit and mangoes. The beer is sweet all the way through, balanced by some bitterness at the finish. Flavours are fruity with toffee apples and bananas. A clean tasting beer, sweetish but not cloying. Characteristic hop aromas come from British hops, but this is not too floral. Hints of lychee as it goes down. Very drinkable. 2 X 9gl Moonshine 4.3% Des: A beautifully balanced pale straw-coloured premium bitter. Distinctive floral aroma, leading to a predominantly citrus taste, with grapefruit and lemons to the fore. A quenching bitter finish. Our most popular beer! Finest quality pale malt carrying choicest west coast American hops to create a beautifully balanced pale ale. The aroma is fragrant, fruity. The flavours are mellow with hints of bubblegum and refreshing grapefruit. The finish is bittersweet, without being cloying. 3 X 9gl Bootlegger 4.4% Des: Golden ale brewed with Chinook and Southern Cross. Expect fruity, citrus flavours with a finishing notes of spice and pine. 8 X 9gl Daily Bread 3.8% Des: A classic copper coloured English bitter. Well-balanced, copper coloured beer with malty flavours and a smooth bitter finish. Subtle hop characteristics from traditional Fuggles hops. 4 X 9gl Piracy 4.3% Des: Pale ale brewed with Simcoe, Southern Cross and Rakau hops. Wye Valley Brewery (Herefordshire) Available from 2/7/18 17 X 9gl Butty Bach 4.5% Des: A burnished gold, full-bodied, premium ale. Butty Bach is Welsh term meaning little friend. This smooth and satisfying premium ale is burnished gold in colour, and certainly has made a few friends in its time including the judges at The Great Welsh Beer Festival, where it has been crowned Beer of the Festival on three occasions! Butty Bach is brewed using Maris Otter and Crystal malts, flaked barley, malted wheat, and locally grown Fuggles, Goldings and Bramling Cross hops. With such fine ingredients, no wonder it remains a firm favourite among our followers. 7 X 9gl HPA 4% Des: A delightful straw-coloured ale with a wonderful citrus hop aroma. Truly distinctive.hpa is a truly delightful pale ale. It s smooth on the palate, and boasts a citrus hop aroma leading to a balanced bitter finish. Locally grown Target and Celeia hops play an important part in making this such a distinctive beer. With Maris Otter pale malt and malted wheat also being used, this is very much a pale ale with all the right ingredients. 4 X 9gl Wye Valley Bitter 3.7% Des: A mouth-watering chestnut coloured ale, with a full malty flavour and a clean bitter finish.a cornerstone of our range of real ales, this chestnut-coloured wonder is a mouthwatering example of a cask-conditioned bitter.brewed using Maris Otter and Crystal malts together with locally grown Target and Goldings hops, Wye Valley Bitter has a delicate hoppy aroma leading on to a full malty flavour and ending in a crisp, clean bitter finish.

An extremely pleasant bitter, straw coloured beer with a terrific fresh, hoppy aroma. This, coupled with an intense bitterness, leads to an excellent long, dry finish. Probably the beer to receive the most awards in Britain! 2 x 9gl Taiphoon 4.2% Des: A fantastic pale gold beer with hints of Lemongrass and coriander. 3 x 9gl Crop Circle 4.2% Des: A very clean, flaxen-coloured beer with wonderful thirst-quenching properties. The subtle blend of aroma and bittering hops give a crispness on the tongue which is delicately fruity, giving way to some dryness. A unique blend of traditional English Golding, and specially imported Galaxy hops from distant South Australia harmonise to give this beer a distinctive character of the old, and the new world. Peach and apricot notes dominate the aroma, with hints of butterscotch and toffee apple.
