A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation unless a charge account is established. Rental rates are charged based on the contract dates regardless of whether the equipment was or was not used. Review orders prior to delivery or will-call. For reservations placed within 24 hours of delivery a $25 Special Handling Charge will be assessed. Payment - Payment in full is due 24 hours prior to receipt of rental equipment and services provided. Credit is extended to pre-approved accounts only. Delivery - Delivery and pickup services are available. The standard delivery charge is for delivery access with in 50 feet of the truck. Long carry, high-rise, after hours services or holiday will incur an additional charge. Pick Up Do NOT put linens in plastic bags. Wax must be removed from candelabras. Tables and Chairs must be stacked and ready for pick up. China, silver, glassware, utensils, etc. must be rinsed, food free and repacked in delivery containers. Items are to be sorted prior to pick up and made easily accessible to drivers. Any box or crate NOT returned incurs an additional charge. Breakage and lost item charges apply. Set Up & Strike - There is no set up charge for canopies, staging, or flooring. Table or chair set up or strike is available at a reasonable additional cost and should be arranged in advance. Linen Samples - Samples are offered at 50% of the rental rate. Linen swatches are available upon request at no additional charge. Loss or Damage - Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter from time of delivery to time of return. Secure equipment from theft when not in use and protect from weather. Customers are responsible for all missing and damaged items. Linen damaged, burned or stained will be charged a replacement fee. Cancellation Policy - When an order is placed with Classic Party Rentals, all equipment is reserved, prepared, and hand-packed. When cancellation occurs with insufficient notice, these items are unavailable to other clients. A cancellation or restocking fee may apply to orders cancelled 48 hours before delivery or will call.
