9 Thank You! Customer Pick Up: Please call in advance to reserve all necessary equipment. A 50% deposit may be required to confirm reservations with the balance payable in the office upon pick up. A valid California Driver s License is required of all own pickups by customer. Delivery: Our normal delivery times are between 8:00 am & 4:00 pm Monday through Friday and between 8:00 am & 2:00 pm on Saturday s. Timed/Out-of-Hour deliveries are available and require additional fees. Information is available on request. All deliveries require a signature of responsible party for equipment to be left. Pick Up: All pick up arrangements must be made through the office; Not the delivery driver. Responsibility for equipment remains with the customer from delivery until return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather and water sprinklers. Shortages: If there are any shortages at time of delivery, notify the office immediately. A discrepancy form will be filled out noting any shortage or damaged items at time of pick up. Terms: A 50% deposit of the total is required to make a reservation with any remaining balance due the day before the delivery. Full balance MUST be paid the day before the delivery; no equipment will be delivered / unloaded from truck(s) until full payment is made. The 50% deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. A 50% deposit IS required to make any reservations with linens, glassware or china. Returning Equipment & Conditions: All rental equipment is expected to be treated with absolute care and returned in proper working condition. Dishware DOES NOT need to be washed / cleaned prior to returning. We ask that our customers simply empty / clear as much food or liquids from dishware as possible and place in holding container each dishware came in. Damaged / lost equipment fees will be determined in the office after all equipment has been picked up and returned to the warehouse.
