2 General Policy Information 1. There is a charge for delivery. 2. Deliveries are made to a convenient place close to our truck stop. Office buildings, second floor & above, basements, and behind the house deliveries are extra. Please consult with our staff when placing an order with a special request delivery. 3. There is an additional charge for table and chair setup. 4. All items are clean and ready to use. A cleaning deposit will be required for some items. 5. We suggest you make advance reservations. A deposit will be required on most rentals. 6. Cancellations on equipment rentals must be made at least one week prior to the date of the event. Failure to do so may result in a 50% fee or loss of deposit. A restocking fee may apply. Tent Rentals - Tents and tenting accessories are subject to loss of deposit if cancellation is recieved within 30 days of the event date. 7. There will be an additional charge of $30 per hour for after hour deliveries, with a two hour minimum per man. 8. Prices are subject to change.
