VISTAR Corporation accepts VISA, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards. In accordance with Vistar policy and Visa, MasterCard, and American Express Association rules, when paying by credit card, a convenience fee of $20.00 per transaction will apply for card not-present transactions as of February 1, Your acceptance is hereby acknowledged and agreed herewith. Credit Card purchases are due within 7 days of invoice date. RETU RN G O O DS PO L I CY At the time of delivery, the driver and customer will count the product. Any discrepancy should be noted at the time of check-in and the driver will write up a Request For Adjustment (RFA). After any discrepancy is written up, the signed invoice indicates that the invoice is correct. Any dispute of a signed invoice may result in a credit denial. Please provide invoice number, item number, quantity, and a description of the request. The credit will be subject to verification by inventory control. Please note: The drivers will pick up product only with an arranged pick-up request. To ensure the best product quality for our customers, VISTAR Corporation cannot accept returns for frozen, refrigerated or pastry product other than at the time of delivery. No returns on Special Order items. Any questions or concerns on the policy should be directed to your Customer Service Representative.
