2 Reg s Café and Reg s Catering Let us introduce ourselves Established in January 2013, multiple award winners, Reg s Café offer hot and cold food, freshly prepared and homemade on the premises from fresh locally sourced produce. Proprietors Alison and Reg oversee and play active roles in the day to day running of the company. In October 2013 Reg s Café won Best Restaurant in Oxfordshire by Public Vote at the Oxfordshire Restaurant Awards. The Café due to public demand and recommendation has gone from strength to strength. With a fleet of sandwich vans, they are now catering for lunches and events for a large portfolio of companies in Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas. Reg s Catering was formed to cater for all outside events not just business lunches and now caters for a large range of catering events. In August 2014, Reg s Café opened their second Café at the Horton Hospital, within the Terence Mortimer Building, to cater for all Oxfordshire health staff. Which itself is proving to be a great success, within the NHS. Priding themselves on customer service, freshly prepared, quality food and excellent five star hygiene practices is what helped them win Best Café/ Deli/ Express at The Oxfordshire Restaurant Awards In November 2014 they then went on to win Best Café / Bistro in all of the South of England and Wales 2014, which was a highlight of the year, of which they are very proud of. Including the NHS, Thames Valley Police and Cherwell District Council. We can offer a tailor made service to suit all your corporate needs. Our sample menus offer a range of options so they can easily be changed to suit your requirements. For example we offer a choice of a fruit bowl, fruit juice or fruit platter across our range. Sandwiches can be either white, granary or whole meal bread. Alternatively we offer freshly baked in house baguettes, soft flour baps, crusty tiger bread sandwiches or wraps. Our buffets can be presented on a choice of plastic platters, wooden boards, or white china plates. These are then collected the following day. We can cater for all dietary requirements. These need to be advised at the time of order. We can tailor make a package for you to suit the time of day you require it. We offer a professional, sympathetic service with as little fuss as possible to allow you time to spend with your family and friends around you. We appreciate you may wish to make all the arrangements from the comfort of your own home. This can either be done by telephone or we make a home visit and show you some examples of what we can do for you. This can be arranged at no extra cost. My family and I would like to thank you and your staff for the lovely spread you supplied at my fathers funeral. So many people commented on how fresh it was and nice it tasted. Open seven days a week Reg s Café offer a wide range of hot and cold food, freshly prepared and cooked to order. Reg s Café is available for private hire outside their normal opening hours for meetings, parties and events. Catering or food can be supplied for the event. Seating for approx 34 people. OPENING HOURS Monday-Friday 7.30am-2.30pm Saturday 8am - 1pm Sunday 9am - 1pm Terms and conditions Payment is required on delivery unless an account has been arranged prior to delivery and payment terms agreed. All funerals and wedding buffets must be paid in full prior to the event. Prices are based on a minimum of six people, however smaller numbers can be catered for. A minimum charge of is applied on all orders. Savoury selection is based on four items per person or a piece of quiche and two additional items. Unless a Diamond menu is required, then four savouries and a piece of quiche is supplied, per person. We reserve the right to vary the menu if necessary, due to seasonal or other circumstances beyond our control. Substitute items will be of an equal value and style to the original. Please note these are sample menus and we can cater any food for any occasion subject to request. Any special dietary requirements must be stated at time of order. We can cater for Kosher and Halal buffets. The food is prepared and stored separate, however a Rabi does not bless our kitchen so therefore is not a strict kosher kitchen. A 1.50 supplement charge is added per person for any special requirement with the exception of vegetarian. Drinks can be supplied at extra cost upon request. Buffets can be delivered on china plates or wooden boards however any breakages or non-returns will be invoiced at full replacement cost. Otherwise buffets will be delivered on disposable platters. This also includes any other equipment, cutlery, trays etc. that is unaccounted for at the time of return. Unless otherwise arranged in advance our staff, are not responsible for laying out tables, chairs or moving furniture. If we experience delays that result directly from the venue not being ready we will charge at a cost of per hour, or part thereof. We do not except any liability for delays due to adverse weather conditions, snow, floods, road closures, road traffic incidents, riots, strikes, power cuts, fire or any other natural disaster or for any other reason beyond our reasonable control. Cancellations must be made in writing by post to Reg s Cafe, Thorpe Way, Banbury, Oxon, OX16 4SP. Or to Tasty@Regscafe.co.uk no later than 48 hours prior to the event. Events larger than 100 people 5 days prior to the event. Cancellations within 48 hours will still be charged at full cost. Business lunches 24 hours for account customers.
