8 Canapé Platters All of our product fillings are labelled vegetarian, meat or fish and are placed on separate platters. How many to order? 5 canapés a head as a light bite. Up to 8 canapés a head as a little more. Up to 12 canapés a head as a good feed. All canapés are delivered cold and are priced at 1.45 per piece unless choosing a set menu. Delivery. Our drop off canapés are designed to be delivered approximately 1 hour before your event starts. They come in disposable boxes to make sure they are stable during transportation, so you (or our staff if hiring help) will need to decant them onto serving platters before serving. We present our buffets on ready to serve circular stainless steel platters, china platters or disposables which ever suit your requirements. These platters come with garnish and are labelled to distinguish whether the dish contains Vegetarian, meat, nuts or any special dietary requirements. All buffets supplied will include disposable plates, napkins and plastic cups and cutlery where suitable. Should you require china plates, glasses or quality cutlery then these can be supplied at an extra cost. All buffet trays, serving ware, china, cutlery and glassware supplied is to be returned to Hedley s Catering. Non-returns, losses or damaged items will be charged accordingly. Buffets are supplied to site using one of our refrigerated vans. On delivery the driver will sign off the temperature of the production unit fridge and the delivery van fridge. We will also log the platters supplied and that the buffet should be consumed within a safe food limit of 3 hours. To help us supply the full range of buffet items please allow 24 hours notice. For short notice buffets please call to see if we can help. To help us deliver the buffet to you on time and to the correct location please quote your post code and a 30 minute time window for your delivery, together with a contact name and telephone number. A delivery charge may be applied for out-of-hours orders or buffets outside our regular delivery area. All buffet items are subject to availability and subject to VAT at the current rate. There is a minimum buffet order of 40 Monday - Friday and 100 for Saturday and Sunday. A deposit is required on orders over 100. Payment terms are cash on delivery unless prior a prior credit agreement has been arranged.
