3 WELCOME. Whether it s a working lunch, impressive cocktail reception, generous buffet or gala dinner our catering team pride themselves in producing show stopping menus for all dietary needs. Our aim is to make the time you spend with us as memorable as possible. With this in mind we have created a wide range of menu options and dining packages to delight your guests during your event. As part of our commitment to responsible farming, we are proud that our catering team are active members of the Soil Association, Fairtrade Foundation, Red Tractor and Marine Stewardship Council. Bookings Catering should be booked with at least 7 working days notice. Not all items may be available at short notice but alternatives will be sourced. Increasing numbers of catering at short notice is not always guaranteed. To book catering for events on campus, please conference.centre@solent.ac.uk or call Food Safety To ensure Solent Conference Centre is able to fulfil food safety legislation and legal obligations, external companies are prohibited to bring third party food and beverage suppliers on to our premises.
