5 Our team hers t o r b The her t o r b The law in- Troy Zitzelsberger, Brewmaster Chad Zitzelsberger, Finance and Accounting Bryce Roebke, Operations Troy and his wife Dong He are relocating to the Rockford area from Seoul, South Korea, where Troy is Owner and Master Brewer at Hop Mori Brewing Co. Troy is an avid runner and climber. Chad and his wife Hayley live in Rockford. Chad is co-owner of Total Investment Planners, a wealth management firm based in Mt. Pleasant. Chad is an avid runner and cyclist. Bryce and his wife Lisa live in Rockford with their three daughters. Bryce is Director of Supply Chain at The Stow Company where he specializes in logistics and operations. Bryce is an avid cyclist.

7 Our roots Troy, Chad, and Bryce are all natives of Michigan, and share a passion for craft beers, delicious foods, and an active outdoor lifestyle. After graduating from Michigan State in 2007, Troy moved to Asia to pursue a film and TV career; eventually settling in Seoul, South Korea, where he became active in the rapidly growing homebrew community. In 2013, after honing his brewing skills, Troy opened Seoul s first all craft beer taphouse, featuring several of his own beers including local favorite Jeju IPA. Troy also became Korea s first certified cicerone (beer expert). In 2015, Troy opened Hop Mori Brewing Co. in the famous Gangnam neighborhood of Seoul; serving a mix of Korean and American-inspired fare. The brewpub has been a criticallyacclaimed success, and Troy's beers continue to gain notoriety as being amongst the best craft brews in South Korea. Following several years of planning, we are excited to bring Troy s fantastic brews back home to Michigan with the opening of Third Nature Brewing Company..
