Our client was passionate enough to get the law changed to legalize its retail concept, and Rappaport matched their passion in the hunt to identify the perfect location. Rappaport secured a location for District Distilling Co. in the bustling 14th and U Street corridor - an ideal setting for serving a unique urban distilling and dining experience. Through relationship leverage and strategic negotiation Rappaport was able to preserve this site for our client during the four year legislation process.

15 VIENNA SHOPPING CENTER VIENNA, VIRGINIA There was an opportunity to revamp the Vienna Shopping Center space and make it better suited for today s retail market. The large anchor space lease of this well-established, well-located complex was expiring, so Rappaport lead its client to renovate and modernize the entire Vienna Shopping Center, attracting popular retailers like Chop t, Taco Bamba, MOD Pizza and Cava Mezze. This transformation added value for the landlord and powered the shopping center with new energy from the new mix of tenants.
