We believe that age makes no difference and is often overrated. Come as you are, because you are always welcome. Our focus is entertainment which is why families love visiting us. On lunch hours, our bars and restaurants are filled with bustling business people who come here to get away from their daily work routine. Solaris Centre is successful thanks to it s growing clientele. According to a survey conducted in March 2010, majority of the customers assessed the Centre 4.6 points on a 5 point scale. We thank them, and hope to offer them everything a shopping center in Tallinn has to offer, but in a more calming and serene environment. We believe that shopping and leisure should go hand in hand. 4 Loyalty We take care of our own. That is why Solaris is the only shopping centre in Estonia who has successfully launched a centre-wide customer loyalty program which currently has more than 87,000 members. In addition to enjoying a 5% discount at any store in the Solaris Centre, Solaris Club members receive our weekly newsletter, which gives an heads-up on all of the upcoming campaigns, special offers, events, movies and concerts. We like to keep our customers up to date on what is happening in and around us. For our tenants, the weekly Solaris Club newsletter is a perfect way to inform over 87,00 regular customers about their news and special offerings. We highly value two way communication with our customers. So far over 5000 people have joined our Facebook page and actively take part in our daily actions. That is why our marketing program is centered on events: movie premiers, fashion shows, concerts, workshops, presentations, dance acts, a Christmas park on our rooftop etc. Our philosophy is that people like to participate and engage rather than be forced and pressured. An interesting event always creates more positive feedback than a all-year-long lasting sales campaign on things you really do not need. We believe that Solaris is the first and the only centre in Tallinn that combines entertainment and shopping in a new and lively way. Shopping isn t supposed to be a punishment for the whole family, rather a fun day out. Whenever you come for a quick bite, grocery shopping, to catch the latest movie or to see your favorite artist you will be welcomed with smiling faces and open arms. The highlights of the food court are Vapiano, Hesburger, Lido and Café Komeet. Watching a sun set over the old town of Tallinn is a sight everyone should see at least once.
