2 WELCOME TO THE SPACE WHICH WAS ONCE THE OLD TOWN CINEMA IN THE HEART OF PERTH. OPENING IN 1969, THE FIRST MOVIE PREMIERED WAS FOR LOVE OF IVY, A WILDLY POPULAR FILM PORTRAYING A LOVE AFFAIR BETWEEN TWO CHARACTERS.

Shared with Holiday Inn Perth City Centre, our function rooms can be selected to suit the size of your party and tailored to your event. These rooms are perfect for corporate functions and formal dinners. See The Holiday Inn website to find out more about this Functions Package. STAY THE NIGHT Ivy & Jack is conveniently located right next to the Holiday Inn Perth City Centre. Avoid the hassle of travelling home and book a room for the night you ll only have to walk a few metres to your bed. If you want to discuss booking multiple rooms for your function please contact us.

6 FAQ HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN BE ACCOMMODATED? We require a minimum of 10 guests in order for you to reserve a semi-private area. WHEN CAN I RESERVE A SEMI-PRIVATE AREA? Every day of the week! We re always open. HOW LONG CAN I RESERVE THE AREA FOR? We reserve the area for a maximum of 4 hours, after this time we will remove signage but of course you can remain in this area and continue to enjoy your visit to Ivy & Jack. HOW DO I FIND MY FUNCTION AND IS IT ROPED OFF? No rope, however a sign with your function name together with reserved signs on tables will be set up. Please ask for a manager on arrival and they will show you to your area and look after you during your function. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY GUESTS LEAVE EARLY? We will assess throughout the night if we need to reduce the size of your function area. WHAT DRINKS ARE AVAILABLE? Our entire selection of drinks and cocktails are available, which are served from the bar. CAN I ARRANGE A BAR TAB AND HOW DOES IT WORK? Of course, please speak to our function manager when booking to get this organised and it will be ready to go when you arrive. You nominate the drinks that you want to be made available to your guests from our beverage menu. Tab limits and durations can be set up and extended if required. You will receive wristbands for your guests which will allow them to put drinks on your tab. DO I NEED TO HAVE A BAR TAB? No. Your guests can purchase their own drinks from the bar if this suits you better. Or you can have a combination of both a tab and individual guest purchases - please see below for our beverage packages. WHAT FOOD CAN I ORDER? Food can be pre-ordered from our functions menu. Seated dining and buffet options are also available. Please speak with your function manager for sample menus and pricing. CAN I SPECIFY FOOD SERVICE TIMINGS? Sure, just speak to your function manager who will ensure your function will run smoothly. WHAT IF WE NEED MORE FOOD DURING THE FUNCTION? No problem, the Ivy & Jack menu is available throughout the night if you require more food and can be ordered at any time during the evening. ANYONE FOR CAKE? You can supply your own cake for a $30 cake fee. This includes having it sliced and put onto a platter which our staff will hand out for you. DO YOU CATER FOR GUESTS WITH ALLERGIES? We certainly do. Please ensure to inform the function manager at the time of booking of any guests with dietary requirements.
