So far, we have been able to expertise 28 Varieties of Samosas from across the globe and with an Indian taste. To compliment the Samosa, our menu also serves Snacks cuisine as varied as Pizzas, Sandwiches, Burgers, Shakes etc. Started from Ludhaina, in Punjab, within 6 years, SAMOSA Express has been able to capture the taste buds of Punjab is through 18 Outlets 50+ Take away Counters. It has been hugely successful, in and around, Foodies Hangout Areas, Campus Areas and Highways. SAMOSA as the Core Cuisine, SAMOSA EXPRESS currently has hardly any competition and poised to distinguish itself in the Indian Subcontinent and across the globe. SAMOSA EXPRESS proposes to take its business model beyond a Franchise Model and a model that will ensure & increase the probability of success. 6 Master Franchise The Master Franchise will have territorial righ ts with a Base Kitchen, One QSR and supply rights to company level arrangements like Multiplex Cinemas. Currently we are working in Pvr cinemas and wave cinemas, Solitaire Cinemas and SRS cinemas in Ludhiana Punjab. The Base Kitchen will supply food preparatio ns to all the QSRs and Samosa Express Counters in the assigned territory. The Investment on Master Franchise Setup w ill be approximately Rs 30 Lacs Rs 50 Lacs with a potential to generate an Income of Rs 5 Rs 7 Lacs per month for Supply of 5000 Samosas per day. We are currently supplying an average 5000 Samosas in the City of Lud hiana. The company gives the option to investors t o run the Master Franchise on FOCO Model on 50:50 Sharing after adjusting costs and ro yalty.

7 Full Service / QSR We are Offering This Model only on FOCO to ensure service quality and s mooth operations. These Outlets will be located, commi ssioned and managed by the compa ny. The total investment on these outlet s can be between Rs 12- Rs 18 Lacs with a potential for Gross Profit at Rs 1.5 Rs 3 Lacs per month. The outle t will be run on 50:50 Sharing after a djusting costs and royalty.

8 SAMOSA COUNTERS Samosa Counters are limited menu service counters operated on FOCO model These Counters will be located, com missioned and managed by the co mpany. The total investment on these outle ts can be between Rs 3- Rs 5 Lacs with a potential for Gross Profit at R s 0.5 Rs 2 Lacs per month. The ou tlet will be run on 50:50 Sharing aft er adjusting costs and royalty.
