Browse the markets at Les Halles, explore the narrow streets, enjoy a drink at the new coffee shop and do some shopping in the city centre. Time to shop at supermarket en route back to LPO. 10:15 First Shuttle Car Park Spend some time on La Grande Plage, or stock up at the local supermarket (repeated throughout the week see shuttle timetable on the final page of the programme). 11:00-11:45 Aqua Fit Pool A fun way to keep fit in the sun. A gentle work out for everyone set to music. Take in the town centre, with its medieval castle a real fortress marvel at the bridges and the 15th century covered market hall. Enjoy lunch (not included ) before visiting Le Domaine de la Vinconniere vineyard, where we will be sampling a selection of their fine wines.
