1 Only a short distance from the city, with a fantastic view of the Djurgårds canal and its wonderful surroundings we can offer you a conference day in a peaceful atmosphere. Our lovely Gazebo is suitable for the smaller groups and in the main dining area we can accommodate up to approx. 44 people. In there we also have the cozy corner with our many sofas by the fireplace where the fire is kept crackling during those cold autumn, winter and spring days. Getting here Take bus 69 from T-centralen. The bus stops just a few steps from the entrance. The journey takes about 15 minutes. There is also a large parking lot across the street from Djurgårdsbrunn if you arrive by car.

2 Conference in the Gazebo - available all year around! The gazebo is a popular solution for the small conference group. The round house sits with a magnificent 360 view over the Djurgårds canal. The gazebo is suitable for groups from 4-10 people. During the cold days we heat the gazebo with a number of radiators to keep you warm and cozy. If you confer here you can choose to have your lunch in the gazebo or indoors in the small dining room. Conference in the main dining room - available from September to middle of May In the main dining area the maximum capacity at an ordinary conference is approx. 44 persons, but if a group is willing to enjoy a standing buffet we can welcome up to 100 persons. Please note that the furniture arrangement in this case is limited. Approx. 24 persons can be seated in a U-seating. Lunch will be served in the smaller dining area. A conference day with us can be laid out as following At we welcome you with breakfast: sandwiches, coffee and fruit are set up in the small dining area or it can be served to you at the conference table, should you prefer. Ca 11.30/12.00 we serve the daily lunch with soda/water/low alcohol beer followed by coffee in the small dining area. If you d like and the weather allows it, we re happy to serve the lunch outdoors. Ca Afternoon fika with a tasty snack is served. At the work day is finished for the day.

3 Materials and costs: The gazebo: venue charge 1600 sek. Minimum charge: 4 people. The rental charge includes: Wi-Fi, whiteboard, flipcharts, pens and paper. It cost 400sek to rent a projector and projection screen. Dining room: venue charge 3200 sek. Minimum charge 20 people. The rental charge includes: Wi-Fi, projector, projection screen, whiteboard, flipcharts, pens and paper. Per person: Full day ( ): 396 sek. - includes breakfast, fruit, the daily lunch, mineral water/low alcoholic beer, coffee and afternoon snack. Half day ( or ): 316 sek. - includes breakfast or afternoon snack, fruit, our daily lunch, mineral water/low alcoholic beer and coffee. Extras: After inquiries from you our lovely guests, we can now offer to start the day extra early or perhaps choose a different lunch instead of our daily lunch. Or why not extend the lunch to a three course meal? Or maybe just add a dessert? If you d like to include any of the above extras a pre-order is required. We suggest two lunch dishes for you to choose from (one fish and one meat dish). 64 sek extra/person. Add a dessert after your lunch. 48 sek extra/person. Go for a full three course meal. 176 sek extra/person. The alarm clock rings extra early and we welcome you at sek extra on the venue charge. Cancellation policy Prices are exclusive of VAT. A conference must be cancelled no later than 7 working days prior to the event to avoid a cancellation fee. Should the cancellation be made later than the required date the customer will be charged 50% of the total sum and in the case of cancellations made 2 days or less prior to the date 100% of the total sum will be charged. Payment terms 10 days.

Head out with us into the archipelago and feel the speed in your hair as we cruise between the islets and small islands with our RIB boats. We usually start from Nybroviken in central Stockholm. You ll also get to see some of Stockholms best sights during these rides. CHECKPOINT CHALLENGE RIB Our newest and also very popular activity is perfect for the archipelago and RIB boats. You ll be divided into teams and every team gets to loan a tablet. This tablet will be your tool to gather as many points as possible while in high speed navigate our beautiful archipelago. SEAL SAFARI Meet the seals at the outskirts of the archipelago, where the sea meets the horizon. Here there are plenty of seals if you know where to look. We ll take you all the way out to the rocky islets where there is a great chance of seeing the seals and also the Bald headed eagle. Before heading back to the mainland we ll enjoy a refreshing snack break at any suitable islet. A seal safari is something you wont forget any time soon. COVERED RIB We have something unique, a covered RIB boat. The boat can take up to 12 people and onboard there are radiators and music equipment. The boat is also equipped with state of the art navigation technology, witch makes it easy for us to get where we re going in high speed, regardless of the season or time of day. The top speed is about 40 knots our cruizing speed is about knots witch makes this the perfect vessel to quickly get where you re going. Real rifles armed with advanced laser technology makes this totaly safe and environmental friendly activity a real hit! MINGLE QUIZ Perfect when you want an indoor activity perhaps during dinner, pre dinner mingle or during a conference paus. A quiz when it s as best. All done through a tablet. CHECKPOINT CHALLENGE Our newest and also very popular activity is perfect for the city, conference location or in the archipelago. You ll be divided into teams and every team gets to loan a tablet. This tablet will be your tool to gather as many points as possible. ELECTRIC BIKES (MTB) Another brand new activity we have is electric bikes! Take a relaxing bike ride to the conference. Everybody can participate on the same terms since the electric motor provides a lot of help. Please contact us and we ll tell you more. Nothing is more refreshing than fresh air after a long day in the conference room. ICE SCULPTING To sculpt in ice is a quite different experience and it s a fantastic material to work with. We ll divide the group into teams that will compete each other. Everyone shall follow a predetermined theme and your results will then will be judged until we have a winning team.
