WE ARE A GREAT FIT FOR THE SMALLER GROUP WHO ARE LOOKING FOR A RELAXED AND INSPIRING ARCHIPELAGO ENVIRONMENT FOR YOUR CONFERENCE. IN OUR OLD, BUT BEAUTIFULLY RESTORED, MERCHANT VILLA WE ACCOMODATE YOU IN ONE (OR BOTH) OF OUR TWO ROOMS ON THE UPPER FLOOR. THE LARGER ROOM (THE ATELIER) HOLDS UP TO 20 PEOPLE AND THE SMALLER ROOM (OSCAR) HOLDS 4-6 PEOPLE. GETTING HERE The subway takes you to Bergshamra in about minutes from Stockholm city, followed by a short walk. For the complete archipelago experience you can come here by boat. The pier with 8 metres depth water can accomodate most boats without any problem. If you arrive by car there are a parking lot just next to the walkway to Bockholmen. THE CONFERENCE ROOMS The Atelier The larger room that we call The Atelier is about 30 square metres and is suitable for a conference for 6-20 people. In here we ll seat you at a long table.

2 THE CONFERENCE ROOMS The Atelier The larger room that we call The Atelier is about 30 square metres and is suitable for a conference for 6-20 people. In here we ll seat you at a long table. We have decorated this room in a Gustavian style from Solgården in Stockholm. During the colder days we are happy to help you get the beautiful tiled stove burning. Oscar The smaller room named Oscar is about 15 square metres and is suitable for the smaller group (4-8 people) In here we have a round table in the same Gustavian style as in The Atelier. A private small bathroom, raspberry red walls and the slanted ceiling makes this charming room very popular and is being booked regulary for booth conference and parties. The balcony In between these rooms on the upper floor we also have a lovely balcony that is available for you to use. Here you can sneak out for a cup of coffee or perhaps a breath of fresh air. A CONFERENCE DAY WITH US When you arrive we welcome you with a small breakfast buffet that we set up in front of the kitchen. Coffee, sparkling water and fruit are set up in your conference room upstairs. Bring your breakfast here or have it outside should you prefer. At 12 o clock it s time for lunch which we serve in the dining room, or outside should you prefer and the weather allow. For lunch we serve our Daily special with sparkling water, low alcoholic beer and coffee. (see next page for lunch upgrades) At we prepare a classic Swedish fika which usually consists of coffee/tea and some tasty pastries We call it a day. Or why not extend the lunch to a three course meal? Or maybe just add a dessert? These extras can not be ordered on location, they need to be ordered when you make your reservation. RENTAL FEE: 4000 SEK. CANCELLATION POLICY Prices are exclusive of VAT. A conference must be cancelled no later than 7 working days prior to the event to avoid a cancellation fee. Should the cancellation be made later than this, the customer will be charged 500 sek per booked guest. The number of guests can be adjusted without charge until 2 days prior to your visit. Payment terms 10 days.
