HERE WE CAN OFFER YOU A CONFERENCE DAY IN A PEACEFUL ATMOSPHERE. We can offer two alernatives for your conference. Our lovely Gazebo is suitable for the smaller group (up to approx. 10 ppl), and in the main dining area we can accommodate up to approx. 44 people. It s also possible for you to be more than 44 people, but then with some reservations. In here we also have our cozy lounge with sofas just by the fireplace, where the fire is kept crackling during those cold autumn, winter and spring days. GETTING HERE Take bus 69 from T-centralen. The journey takes approx. 15 min. And if you come by car there is a big parking lot across the road from us. But concidering our proximity to the city, perhaps a lovely walk (20-30 min) or a bicycle ride could be something. If the weather allows that is.

If you confer in the main dining room, we ll prepare either two longtables with room for a total of 44 ppl, or we can prepare a U-seating solution with room for approx. 24 ppl. If you re more than this, and if you are prepared to eat standing from our buffet, you can be as many as 100 people. Please note that the furniture arrangement in this case is limited. You will confer in the main dining room and then have your lunch in the smaller dining area. CONFERENCE IN THE GAZEBO ALL YEAR ROUND! The gazebo is a popular solution for the small conference group. The round house sits with a magnificent 360 view over the Djurgårds canal. The gazebo is suitable for groups from 4-10 people. During the cold days we heat the gazebo with a number of radiators to keep you warm and cozy. If you confer here you can choose to have your lunch in the gazebo or indoors in the small dining room. A CONFERENCE DAY WITH US CAN BE LAID OUT AS FOLLOWING At approx we welcome you with a small breakfast consisting of sandwiches, coffee, sparkling water and fruit. This is set up in the small dining area, or it can be served to you at the conference table, should you prefer. At 12 o clock it s time for lunch which we serve in the small dining area, or outside should you prefer and the weather allow. For lunch we serve our Daily special with sparkling water, low alcoholic beer and coffee. (see next page for lunch upgrade) At we prepare a classic Swedish fika which usually consists of coffee/tea and some tasty pastries. At we call it a day.

The rental charge includes: Wi-Fi, projector, projector screen, whiteboard, flipcharts, pens and paper. Dining room: venue fee 3200 sek. Minimum charge: 20 people. ADD-ONS AND UPGRADES: We can now offer some to start the day extra early or perhaps choose a different lunch instead of our daily lunch. Or why not extend the lunch to a three course meal? Or maybe just add a dessert? If you d like to include any of the above extras a pre-order is required. Go for a full three course meal. 176 sek extra/person. The alarm clock rings extra early and we welcome you at or sek extra on the venue charge. CANCELLATION POLICY Prices are exclusive of VAT. A conference must be cancelled no later than 7 working days prior to the event to avoid a cancellation fee. Should the cancellation be made later than this, the customer will be charged 500 sek per booked guest. The number of guests can be adjusted without charge until 2 days prior to your visit. Payment terms 10 days.

Top speed is approx. 55 knots. CHECKPOINT CHALLENGE - RIB Combine a unforgetable RIB-ride with a fun and competitive team-building experience. With the help of a tablet you ve got to gather as many points as possible by clearing checkpoints and answering questions, all while you navigate our beautiful archipelago. Price: 9 000:- in starting fee/boat, plus 495:-/person. Max 12 passengers/boat, Minimum 2 boats. This activity takes approx. 2 hours. We start in Stockholm and finish at Bockholmen. SEAL SAFARI Far out in the archipelago, where the ocean meets the horizon the seals are plentiful. We take you to the islets and beyond where the chances to see both seals aswell as bald eagles in their natural habitat are the best. Price: :- in starting fee/boat, plus 295:-/person. Max 12 passengers/boat. This tour is approx. 4 hours long and we start from Stockholm or from Bockholmen. COVERED RIB - SEA TAXI Takes you comfortably and quickly where you re going, hair and all. SAUNA RAFT Enjoy a refreshing sauna the way it s suposed to be done. Perfect after the small conference or for the bachelor/ bachelorette party, or any other occation.
