4 the fifth A wonderful room at the top with private terrace, huge floor to ceiling windows and panoramic views of Liverpool and beyond.
5 the sixth The sixth boardroom has its own private terrace and floor to ceiling windows with breath taking views across Liverpool. The room is accessed by a flight of stairs. Perfect as a meeting room for up to 20 guests and as a breakout room for events in the fifth.
6 boardroom Intimate space with large boardroom table and soft lighting.
7 the old bookroom Floor to ceiling windows, original brickwork and iron columns give this ground floor room a lovely elegance and warmth.
8 the resident s lounge bar A light filled hidden gem, the residents lounge bar has a Steinway Boston at one end and an oak lined DJ booth at the other a perfect duo for a pretty stylish event space.
9 conference room A versatile room with a clean contemporary style and natural daylight. This room can combine with the residents lounge bar area creating a larger space, or the residents' lounge can be partitioned for a break out space.
