1 Conference & Banqueting Pack The Portaferry Hotel is located south of the picturesque Ards Peninsula. The hotel is set on the shores of the beautiful Strangford Lough with its breath taking views The historic building dates back to the 1700s and is full of character. Recently taken over and refurbished in 2016 the hotel boasts 14 uniquely designed bedrooms, A private function room on the 1 st floor overlooking the Lough and the option to dine in either the Bar, Bistro or Restaurant all of which look out over the Lough to Strangford. The location of the hotel is only 30 miles away from Belfast City Centre and George Best Belfast City Airport, approximately 1 hours drive, Belfast International Airport 1 hour and 30 minutes. The hotel is based in the village of Portaferry accessible by the A20. Buses leave from the village square to Belfast daily.

2 Our mission and goal at The Portaferry Hotel is to design and host the perfect event. We ll exceed your expectations in all areas of service and maintain the most exacting standards of professional practice. We transform ordinary meetings into extraordinary events. Upstairs Function Room The Portaferry Hotel is perfect for smaller meetings of 30 and below. Our private function room located on the 1 st floor is full of character and boasts nautual light along with views of Strangford Lough. The room is ideal for private dining and meetings. Available 7 days a week all year round Restaurant With more than. Suqare meters of space the restaurant is our largest area avaialble to hire and can cater for up to 80 delegates. The restaurant is located on the ground floor and oozes natural daylight from the Lough facing windows and has its own bar area. This space is perfect for any type of lparty or private meal for larger numbers. Avaliable Monday Thursday (Friday & Saturday upon request and approval by Banqueting Manager)
