The flexibility and variety of the function rooms means that we are able to cater for as little as 10 or as many as 400 people. Our dedicated on-site Saints conferencing and events team are here to meet all your requirements and offer a personal, dedicated approach to ensure that your event runs smoothly. 4 Function Rooms Sponsors Lounge The Sponsors Lounge is our largest suite based on the first floor of the South Stand, is glass fronted and overlooks the stadium pitch. The perfect setting for dinners and conferences for up to 400 delegates. The suite has its own built in partition wall to section off a small break out room for up to 100 delegates within the suite. AC Executive Boxes All our Executive Boxes are located on the second floor in the centre of the South Stand, with fantastic views of the 18,000 capacity stadium. Our 12 contemporary boxes are ideal for smaller meetings of up to 12 people. You have the option of opening up boxes 6 and 7 as they have a partition wall to create one large box for a party of 20. The boxes are in close proximity to our larger function suites, giving the option of the boxes to be used as breakout rooms for the larger conferences. All boxes are available with free Wi-Fi and have the facility to have refreshments and food served throught the day. Ideal for smaller businesses who require away days, board meetings, interviews and planning out of the normal office environment. 5 Founders Café Bar The Boardroom Premier Lounge Players Lounge The Café Bar has direct access from the front of the stadium located on the South Stand next to the retail store and museum. The ground floor cafe bar is the ideal suite to accommodate celebrations such as parties, anniversaries and christenings. This is a truely unique room that can accommodate up to 60 people on the first floor of the South Stand. The Boardroom is quietly tucked away at the centre of the stand and offers the perfect location for private meetings, interviews and board meetings. Overlooking the pitch offering natural daylight the Premier Lounge is the ideal setting for training and recruitment events. The suite can accommodate up to 210 delegates with close access to the boxes for the use of breakout rooms. The Players Lounge is located on the second floor of the South Stand overlooking the pitch. This function suite is ideal for seminars and presentations for up to 210 delegates. Ideal for all occasions from breakfast meetings, training sessions and conferences to exhibitions, product launches, team building sessions and so much more. The New Saints Stadium will have excellent facilities that can host from 2 to 400 people with easy access from motorway links, free wifi and extensive parking. We are pleased to offer the following day delegate packages. The packages are extremely flexible and we would welcome the opportunity to adapt them to suit your own requirements. For conferences, we offer a variety of differing lunch options tailored to suit your individual requirements.
