The versatility of both suites makes them the ultimate venue. we have been proud to host many different functions including dinner dances, Charity events, Conferences and exhibitions and have welcomed many celebrities and even prime ministers. The Shepherds can cater for parties of up to 500 and may be split into smaller venues if required. The Auctioneer Suite is ideal for private functions of up to 100 people. located approximately 500 metres from junction 43 of the M6 there is ample parking on site and also a large free car park opposite the premises. Our dedicated team will ensure that your event is an unrivalled success. Please note there is no disabled access to the Auctioneer Suite

If bottles do form part of a prize list or tombola draw, we would suggest that vouchers are given as prizes, and arrangements made for the collection of the bottle prizes at a later date. A booking only becomes acceptable when a letter of confirmation has been received and acknowledged. Final numbers must be given, and arrangements finalised, 48 hours prior to the function, and it must be fully understood that organisers are responsible for payment for the final numbers quoted (plus any meal served in excess of that number) whether or not the expected number attend.
