This room offers seating up to 60 theater style, 50 classroom style and 60 for a cocktail reception. Sonoran Theater-$125 * The Sonoran Theater can accommodate up to 23 guests. If conducting a lecture, the Sonoran Theater is available. The Theater comes complete with an 82 flat screen monitor for amazing power point, DVD or Blu-Ray presentations. Boardroom-$95 For meetings of 10 or less people, the Board Room is the perfect space. Integrated audio visual equipment allows for quick set up and power point presentations. Meeting space includes water and iced tea. The rental period is on a per event basis or 12 hour time period. Rental period includes basic setup and breakdown.

7 Beverage Menu If you choose to serve alcohol there are three options: Cash Bar - guests pay for alcohol consumed Host Bar - the host covers the entire bill for the alcohol consumed during the event Limited Host Bar - the host can offer certain alcohol complimentary. All events serving alcohol require a bartender. The fee is $50.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum or minimum sales of $300. Host items are subject to 18% gratuity.
