3 Our Vision The City of St. Petersburg has invested a significant amount of time and money to plan and develop a premier waterfront destination. Your spectacular destination will not only attract tourists and locals, it offers a magnitude of options. We are proposing three distinct and unique concepts, yet all will operate symbiotically with each other. The concepts will honor the waterfront master plan, yet be iconic in architecture in order to deliver the same WOW factor the waterfront Pier destination delivers.

4 Pier Teaki At the top of the Pier, overlooking the thriving City of St. Petersburg sits Pier Teaki. While hip and trendy, its decor will elicit the nostalgia of classic Florida. Pier Teaki will be an upscale tiki bar and not only a place every tourist will want to see but a regular destination for locals! Families and friends will gather for unique and specialty drinks, great food made with local, quality ingredients, and panoramic views of our beautiful city.

Teak will be family friendly and will offer vegan and gluten free menu options staying current with dietary restrictions and food industry trends.

We have back up support and equipment steps away on Beach Drive at The Birchwood support building. We will be able to offer and deliver additional revenue from banquet and event sales. We have event space assets; Catering kitchen, pipe and drape, tables, chairs, décor, stage, dance floor, lighting, etc. (all top of the line). We are Philanthropists We are True Partners in the community, supporting multiple initiatives and charities throughout the year. Our plan is to continue the support for our local talent at all three concepts at the Pier. Partner - Celebrating all of the City s events from the Grand Prix, to Sunrise Sales, to Pride, to Holiday decor, we are proud to deliver visual experiences at our properties and are committed to the same at our three concepts at the Pier. Eco friendly Years ago we joined Blue Ocean Festival s movement and converted our takeaway boxes and cups to environmentally friendly bio-degradable containers as well as supporters of the recent no straw movement. Innovative As with other St. Petersburg properties, we are willing to invest a significant amount in the three concepts. We will be using the same design team that designed The Birchwood. Award winning, past President of AIA (American Institute of Architecture) Micky Jacob. Our design team will follow the design and inspiration of the overall architectural theme and design of the Pier. We are aware and able to manage the $3,000,000 in estimated payroll annually the three concepts will require. President of the Pinellas Chapter of FRLA and deeply involved with the State and their funding and regulations on the hospitality industry. We know how to run multiple properties that will require intense training and staff sharing at times. This ain t my first rodeo! The first year won t be an experiment. Through our experience at The Birchwood, The Inn, Birch & Vine and The Canopy with mistakes and wins been there done that! We are local owners. We live and work downtown. We are very hands on! We are committed to the history and the future of the great City of St. Petersburg. Just as you have committed to deliver memorable experiences at the Pier, we are committed to deliver unforgettable, elevated experiences at all three of our concepts and make them affordable to all.
