Billing o o A non-refundable fee in the amount of 25% of the estimated event charges is required by credit card to secure space for your event. The remaining anticipated charges are required to be paid seven (7) days prior to the date of your event. If payment has not yet been received within the specific time limits, Hilton Garden Inn Las Vegas Strip South maintains the right to cancel the event and retain the deposit.
