2 Chartering the Ship The GOODTIME III is an unbeatable venue for events of every type and budget. From small, intimate gatherings to jamming lakefront parties, we have a Private Charter to suit your needs. All Private Charters include a DJ at no added cost! Main Deck Charter $ for up to 200 guests Additional guests $17.50 each. The Main Deck is wheelchair accessible Maximum capacity varies Second Deck Charter $ for up to 100 guests Available ONLY when Main Deck is chartered. Additional guests $21.50 each Maximum capacity varies. Entire Ship Charter $ for up to 400 guests with a catered menu Additional guests $16.25 per person -or- $ for up to 400 guests with no catered menu and concession stand open. Additional guests for $17.50 each Max capacity varies, security may be required based on number of guests, contact us for details. Charter Availability Private charters are available from the beginning of May through the end of September. Please call or Charters@goodtimeiii.com to check on the availability of a specific date and time. To secure your date, we require a signed contract and deposit (contact us for details) Length of Cruise Private charters cruise for 2 ½ hours with boarding commencing ½ hour prior to cruise time. Additional time may be available at a rate of $ per additional ½ hour. All charters will end no later than 12:30 AM. Food and Beverage Catering is additional to the charter rate, and all catering shall be supplied by the GOODTIME III. We require a guaranteed number of guests at least 7 days prior to your charter. No allowance will be made for a decrease in this number. Ohio Sales Tax and 18% Gratuity apply. There are 4 cocktail bars throughout the decks of the GOODTIME III. You may arrange a Cash bar, Tabulated Bar, and/or Hosted Bar. No alcoholic beverages may be brought onboard.
3 Beverage Service The GOODTIME III has four full service bars serving soft drinks, beer, wine, and hand crafted cocktails throughout the ship. The standard offering for a private charter is a cash bar for your guests to purchase their own beverages. We also offer several alternative bar options that allow you to provide beverages for your guests. Hosted Bar It s our goal to make your event as simple and straightforward as possible, and a hosted bar does just that. Simply select one of the four tiers to the right, and your guests can get their beverages without having to worry about individual transactions. The charterer pays a per-person price (plus applicable sales tax and gratuity), and your guests enjoy quick and efficient service! These rates apply to a standard charter timeframe of three hours. Added time will increase the per person cost by $3.00 per person per for the Crew s, Captain s, and Admiral s Host Bars; and increase the Cadet s Soda Host Bar by $1.00 per person per additional 30 minutes of charter time. Admiral s Host Bar - $19.95 Per Guest All top shelf liquors, craft beer, wine, & soda. Add super premiums, shots, cordials, and after dinner drinks for an addition $2.50 per person Captain s Host Bar - $17.95 Per Guest All house liquors, domestic & import beer, wine, & soda. Crew s Host Bar - $14.95 Per Guest All domestic & import beer, wine, & soda. Cadet s Soda Host Bar - $4.50 Per Guest All soda and iced tea (by the glass). Tabulated Bar Another great option is to set up a tabulated bar. We can fully customize a tabulated bar to meet your specific tastes and budget. You can choose the level of bar service that is available to your guests to put on the tab, and you can even issue drink tickets to limit the number of beverages and ensure you stay on budget. A tabulated bar must be settled at the conclusion of the private charter, and may require a deposit. All hosted and tabulated bar arrangements are subject to appropriate sales tax and 18% gratuity.
4 Dinner Service The GOODTIME III, in partnership with our exclusive caterer, Normandy Catering, offers a customizable dining experience. Choose a menu tier and then customize from a wide selection of entrees, sides, and desserts. Dinner is served buffet-style with maître-d service. All Menus, add-ons and Bar Service are subject to applicable Sales Tax and 18% Gratuity.
