3 Planning your 2007 Tournament Step 1: Pick Your Day. Speak with a Royce Brook Event Coordinator for availability. Decide on a date for your event and request Initial Event Contract. Return Initial Event Contract with $1000 Nonrefundable Deposit to secure date. Your Royce Brook outing date is: Step 2: Choose a Tournament Package and Start Time. Step 3: Begin inviting your guests. The sooner the better! With 4 months to go Step 4: Place order for personalized merchandise with Royce Brook (Golf Balls, Tees, Hats, Shirts, etc.). Step 5: Personalize your Golf Event with one or more of Royce Brook s Tournament Enhancement Options. With 2 months to go Step 6: Choose your Course Contests. Closest to the Pin Longest Drive Straightest Drive Step 7: Choose Your Format. Individual Stroke Play Scramble Shamble Step 7: Place order for Tournament Signage (Hole Sponsorship, Banners, Tee Signs, etc.). With 45 days to go Step 8: Return Formal Event Contract and 25% Nonrefundable Deposit with Initial Count. With 15 days to go Step 9: Complete and submit Catering Needs Questionnaire with second count, dinner only guest count & number of carts needed for volunteers if any. With 7 days to go Step 10: Sign and return Banquet Arrangements Form with Final Payment and Guaranteed Count. 48 Hours to go Step 12: Complete player list with pairings and rental club requests. Posters: Having a meeting, an auction, or need sponsorship signs? Royce Brook will provide signs in all sizes, in any colors, and you can even add a logo or two. Banners: Welcome your guests with a unique banner! Decide on a size and color scheme. Then, add sponsors names, your logo, or merely your event information. Have something specific in mind? Whether you have a group of beginners to include in your day or a group experienced golfers who want some tips before teeing off, Royce Brook s Academy can provide a clinic to accommodate all of your guests. $30.00 Per Person Per Hour Helicopter or Firemen s Golf Ball Drop: A one-of-a-kind fundraiser, the Helicopter or Firemen s Golf Ball Drop, is sure to impress your guests.
