Here, Jean Georges prepares a truly seasonal, farm-to-table cuisine using the finest ingredients sourced from our own Topping Rose House Farm, as well as other local farms, ranches and fishermen who share his commitment to great food. Built in 1842 for one of Bridgehampton s most prominent citizens, Topping Rose House stands at a crossroads that has been integral to the community it calls home since the earliest days of American history. The interior of the main house has been artfully updated, featuring minimalistic and beach sensible design. Bare wood is accented by pops of color and white while the restaurant s lighting, artfully applies basket-woven shades and sea shell-like sconces that add island charm to the ambiance. Overlooking the pool and Topping Rose Orchard, the Studio uniquely combines idyllic scenery with a sleek and modern design. Equipped with cuttingedge technology, it is also a perfect venue for meetings and corporate events. Floor to ceiling windows offers abundant natural lighting to warm any event, while black-out shades can be drawn to darken the room for a projected presentation at any time of day.
