Mozzarella Alla Francese Deep fried mozzarella in breadcrumbs, served with a tomato and basil Napoli sauce. Insalata Carprese Slice of fresh mozzarella, slice of fresh tomato, served with olive oil and fresh basil. Gamberoni Aglio King prawns pan fried in olive oil with garlic, white wine and parsley. Pollo Alla Kiev Fresh chicken breast stuffed with butter, home made pate and garlic, coated in breadcrumbs and deep fried. Pollo Reale Fresh chicken breast stuffed with a mixture of mozzarella, ham, mixed peppers and fresh parsley, coated in breadcrumbs and deep fried and served with a sauce made with mixed peppers, mushrooms, onions, red wine, brandy, tomato and cream. Pollo Alla Crema Fresh chicken breast sautéed in olive oil and then cooked with mixed peppers, onions, mushrooms, brandy, white wine and cream. Petto Di Pollo Alla Milanese Fresh chicken breast coated in bread crumbs and pan fried. Pollo Napoli Fresh chicken breast with breadcrumbs, mozzarella and asparagus in tomato sauce then baked in the oven. The above dishes are served with potatoes and vegetables of the day or chips.
