A Japanese style hotpot where thinly sliced beef and other vegetables are cooked in a skillet of sweet soy sauce based soup. This hotpot has a stronger flavor compared to the shabu shabu. The cooked meat and vegetables are usually dipped in raw egg, but are just as nice without the egg.
