3 WELCOME It is our pleasure to welcome you to SushiZen Palace where our philosophy is to reinvent traditional Japanese cuisine. The ongoing innovative development process of an itamaesan is to modernise the way in which food is intertwined with presentation and flavour. The visual impact being the first invigoration of senses needs to be instigated for the taste buds to embark on a voyage of culinary cuisine. The creation of a new culinary atmosphere evolves from a combination of culture and a new menu experience. Every individual is tempted to experience raw fish, meat, vegetables, all made to tantalize and satisfy your expectations. BEGINNERS WILL BE INITIATED WITH A MIX OF FLA- VOURS AND COLORS, ACCOMPANIED BY LE TSU (EX- PERT) WILL REALLY APPRECIATE THE AUDACITY OF THE COMBINATIONS.
